"I bought a refurbished laptop. Got a confirmation email stating my package would be shipped within three business days. I waited three business days to receive an email with tracking information. Didn’t get one. Tried to call them to get an update, was transferred 2 times. Was told warehouse or whatever was running behind and couldn’t give me any information on if my package was even shipped or if they had it in stock or if I would have to wait. I then tried their online chat, waited probably two hours without a response. Ended the chat. Then got an email the next day asking for order info so they could track the package. I replied. Never got a response. But finally two days after my laptop arrived. Really need to work on the communication between departments and the response time for employees to customers. Yes, it was Black Friday and cyber Monday. But I’m sure the company knew there would be higher volumes of customers calling or utilizing the online chat for issues with orders or equipment. Very agitated about the process but I’m glad I got my package! "
