"I ordered a Burris Tac30 6.5-20x50 30mm tube (normally $659) on september 16th during a sale that ended on the 20th for $399. When I ordered it MidwayUSA showed it as in stock and available. What I received was a Burris Fullfield II with a 1" tube (normally $399). When I called MidwayUSA about it, I was told they would fix the problem and make it right. I was offered a refund or a different scope with $50 towards another scope. So instead of getting a good deal on a scope that I purchased, I got the every day pricing on a scope that does not fit my needs. Pretty sure that $50 towards my next scope does not equal the $260 off that I paid for. Blatent switch and bait tactics at MidwayUSA. I have done lots of business with them in the past and had not experienced any problems but I will absolutely take my business elsewhere from now on."

"Midway USA's customer service is Very spotty. I have received orders from them rather quickly; no complaints there. But their website, coupon management, and inventory management leaves A LOT to be desired. I have placed at least ten orders with this company in the past. Seven of those times, the coupons you are legitimately entitled to will not work in the Checkout process. They will honor the codes if you call them, but only after your discount fails. When trying to use the coupons, I made sure that the requirements were met, i.e., minimum purchase, no sale items included in the minimum total, and no backordered items. They should fix this problem with their site to avoid frustration with potential customers. There are several other competitors out there from which to choose, such as Cheaper Than Dirt, (almost always cheaper on ammo), and Midsouth Supply.

Another frustration is that they seem to always be out of about 40% of ANYTHING you want to order. I had an expensive scope picked out, which should come back into stock just one day after their published 10% coupon expires. This could very well be a fluke I'll admit, but nonetheless, they apparently keep a Just-In-Time inventory. This saves the company money, which is good, but it is annoying about the fifth time you want to order something.

Midway USA is a reputable company, but at this point, I'm really not sure they are worth all the trouble, again considering that there are worthy competitors out there.

"I recently tried to purchase an ar-15 upper from midway. I ordered a DPMS 20" 1-9" twist they sent me a 20" 1-8" twist. I was really wanting the 1-9" twist for spacific reasons. When I contacted them they told me that fallow's the rule that prices and specs are subject to change without notice. So I decided to send back the item it has been 5 day's since the confermation delivery and I still have not heard anything. When I asked them about it they said it will take 24-48 hours to submit the return. I told them it has been longer then that they have not emiled me back. I have saved all my emails if anyone would like to look at them."

"I ordered Beretta U22 Neo Polymer Black with Blue Rubber Inlay grips a few months ago...the first time I recieved them, they were chipped so I sent them back in. However, when I recieved them about a month later they were again chipped and in the exact same spot and looked exactly the same as it did the last time. So again, I sent it back hoping to get a set of new beretta grips which was what I had paid for...and AGAIN, they were broken and in the exact same spot as the last 2 times I had sent them in...THE BREAK IS NOT HARD TO MISS...there is a piece that is chipped off that we left in the bag to show it was BROKEN!
So again, I am sending the grips back to midwayusa to possibly after about 2.5 months of waiting get the NEW and UNBROKEN beretta grips I ordered."

That being said I can not understand how a delivery based company survives with out offering free return shipping? "Positive experience with this company all around. Have placed several orders and even did a return, all went smoothly. I have recommended the site to friends and family.

I've found items for less on other sites, but the other sites don't have the same selection as Midway. With Midway I can find pretty much everything I need in one go.

Keep an eye out for specials and coupons, one order I placed was discounted (which ended up beating the other sites lower price). Another order had an item that said it was back-ordered, but the item arrived much sooner than I expected."

The shipping is slow as molasses.

UPS package tracking shows my item sitting in Phoenix for 4 days. Each day I check tracking it claims it will be delivered tomorrow.

Now UPS tracking states that my order has been transferred to the US Postal Service!

I have never heard of such nonsense and I still do not have my order.

I will never buy from Midway again. "
