"I have been making annual mixbook albums for my family since 2013 and the program is easy to use and always turns out amazing! This year we topped out at 87 pages and it was worth every penny to preserve those family memories. I only wish the shipping was more reasonable considering they are printed in Calgary and cost over $40 in shipping just to get to Cochrane a few minutes out of town. It was cheaper to ship to my sister in California than to my home."

"Not at all happy with the quality, service and prices at Mixbook. Charging $12 shipping for less than 12 photos is ridiculous. They don't show the promotional prices clearly on their webpage. I tried two different browsers and two computers/devices to find their promo list and it didn't show up at all. Prices for all of the products are much too expensive for a low quality product. Images were dull, low quality and the wrong colour. I had the same images printed at Blacks (same photo paper too - Fujifilm) and Mixbook's photos were dull and muddy in comparison. By the way, it took over 4 hours to load the photos for the books. Very disappointed with this company. Will be looking elsewhere to do prints and books from now on. "

"This is my 5th Mixbook album. And I just ordered my 6th Mixbook album this week. My 5th album was delivered within 4 days of ordering. It had an extra blank page which was there in error. But customer service corrected the problem by ordering another album at no cost. I enjoy the whole experience of Mixbook from start to finish.
Suggestion: I was not aware of the price increase of additional pages: $1.00 to $1.29. Nor was I aware of the change of a 2 hour lag time to 30 minutes after ordering. Can you somehow inform your customers of changes via e-mails of future changes of this nature? Thank you. "

"The information on the Mixbook website is well organised and easy to read. Downloading time was also quicker than other programs I'd tried and I loved the array of stickers and layouts possible. It's an easy program to use but you can also teach yourself lots along the way. There are many ways to be creative. I think seeing your photos in print also gives you the incentive to improve your photography skills. As I became more confident, I played around with putting photos in the shapes, moving text around, flipping photos and using colour to tell a story. It is very easy to turn your photobook into a story book for little folks to read along with. The resolution and page edge warnings are great. I have lots of ideas for future books using colour, shape or particular stickers as themes. Often, when putting photos over photos, it is easy to miss a resolution warning. However, the program is designed to warn you of low resolution photos you have missed even as you are completing the ordering process. It tells you the page the photo is on so all you need to do is find it and fix it. I am very happy with my 2 completed projects. Binding and photo reproduction is excellent. I am now considering making a canvas print and checking out other items such as calendars. When I cancelled an order because I'd forgotten to add a coupon code, Mixbook emailed refund information almost immediately. I then added the code and reordered without a hitch. Very happy with tracking email and efficient delivery and of course, being able to use coupons to reduce the price of your projects. I'm a fan! "

However, yesterday I went into Chat and was kept waiting quite awhile twice and I finally typed in, "I cannot wait any longer". "Used Mixbook for our cards. They turned out ok- nothing special. The website was extremely difficult for editing my card (and I'm no dummy on computers!) I even reached out to Mixbook for help but never heard back (although they promptly added me to their mail list.) We got our cards this week. While I love the idea of the design- you can't get much clarity on the small pictures used. I would not rush back to Mixbook."

"If you take the time to do a custom book you will be delighted. I had my photos all tweeked before uploading but Mixbook has tools that allowed me to make them even better. Most other sights only allow you to crop & rotate photos. Colors were great.
Right now I would go with hardcover books w/ the dust cover. Your images and text will be on both. With the leather book only the dust cover has your image & text. If the dust cover gets destroyed over the years you will just have a non descript brown leather book .
I love my books. I think they will be the hit the holodays."

"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this website!! I made a book for my granddaughter. It was a story about her Halloween adventures with her skeleton friend, "Jack". I used pictures of her and Jack and added autumn and halloween stickers supplied by the site. I also added a rhyming text to each photo to create an awesome book and keepsake for her. Everyone who has seen it says I should publish and sell it, that's how great it came out!! They were all asking me if this site has gift cards because they thought it would make a great gift for friends and family to do the same thing with their children. The process was simple to follow and I would highly recommend doing this for someone you love."

"Great experience with Mixbook. I made a calendar with family photos and using the software on the site was so easy. Everything worked seamlessly. I worked on the project over a few weeks and never had any glitches with my work not saving properly, it was always there when I logged back in. Loved the feature that told me when a photo may not print well! I also liked that even though there were existing layouts for the calendars I wasn't restricted by them, I could add photo areas or delete them as I saw fit.
The print job of the calendar is very professional, the pictures looks great and the paper is a nice heavy weight, feels & looks like a store bought item. The colours of the front and back pages (I chose a floral pattern with a green background for these) are exceptional. I'll admit I didn't expect this level of quality so I was very pleasantly surprised!
I would 100% recommend this site and their products. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Also, the product was shipped out within 2 days of ordering and I received in my mail in less than a week. It was packaged well and arrived in excellent condition.
