"I bought for first time 5 books and what a mess!! All the shipping confirmations were correct. Despite that when I got the shipping confirmations all the addresses were mixed up. I sent an email to the customer service to correct it and I had to exchange so many emails with delays to short it out. Also the fact that you don't have a contact number makes everything stressful and not pleasant at all. I would definitely not buy or recommend to anyone for business."

"Mix Books is a mixed bag. There customer service is responsive but on auto drive. They are no help. My book was late and they told me basically to figure it on my own. No one every calls or cares about your order. You are on your own. There tools on the web site are easy to use but primitive. Basic cropping and functions. The real problem is shipping. If something happens there is no way to contact a real person. They do not help you find the order. There responses are useless, set responses. The time they say you should get your order and the date you actually get it, is not the same. "

"I was really impressed with the program they use to create the photobooks. It was easy and straight-forward to use.
The quality of the books is amazing. Seriously good and amazing to look at.
My only issue, albeit a small one, is that after 20 pages or so, the book creator program became very very slow and difficult to use. I had to save, close and re-open, whereby it would be fine for ten minutes again, then rinse and repeat.

"I liked the variety of templates available to use to customize my photo book. It was fairly easy to use. My husband and I were very excited and impressed when we received the photo book! Great quality and better than we expected! My son is in a homeschool group and our group is planning to create a yearbook.
