"Bought a very hard to find cable splitter / hub for motherboards with only one internal USB 3.0 header. This item was recommended by them to me after the initial product proved to be faulty / incompatible with my motherboard. Refunded me for the previous item as soon as proof of incompatibility and destruction of said product was shown via photos using facebook chat support. How I wish all sellers online would have this kind of customer service.

The adapter came in time. Unfortunately didn't work.
E-mailed modiy about the failure and got refunded the same day, after cutting the cables in part and taking photo as proof.

Carrie was very friendly and helpful all the time and despite the failure with the cable I can just give a positive comment, as they are fair and 100% reliable!"

"I think I have been scammed by this company, They did not give me any answer since I have put my order 4 days ago. they say shipping during 24 to 48 hours!
They have an automated computer answering system instead of human being, the help desk "Carrie" does not give any good answer.

My order Status is still "Packing" and I think it will be like that forever..

Be safe and find a good seller, Amazon, Ebay, etc..
Stay away from the Asian companies.

P.S: I spoke to my Credit Company, and they told me they were trying to make transactions using your credentials!
