I emailed them with numerous questions regarding a product I was interested, and the response were very quick and informative. I have yet to get the product yet, as I just ordered today. But my goodness the support has been great so far, which is what I value most in a company. Looking forward to the new cable I ordered. Should be safer than the default squid adapter Nvidia is shipping with 4090 cards. "

Nope, they just take your money and ship it the cheapest and slowest way possible.
Honestly at this point I don't even know that they shipped my items.

Just do yourself a favor and avoid this company, buy elsewhere if possible. "
