"I ordered. The supposedly shipping in 24 hours product, took a week to ship. Then I got an email review begging for the website. Asking if I had received my order. It had already been a month. I contacted customer support. Only to be told that the 2-3 weeks, was actually going to be 2-3 months and no one decided to tell me. Trash."

"Their whole website says "Everything in stock" including what I purchased. I even spent twice the cost to ship Fed Ex priority. Days go by, my item is in "preparing to ship" mode. No movement. I write them an email. They tell me "they are waiting for the factory to send the item to them and THEY should get it end of Feb. The date of the message was Feb 23 (Theres only 5 days left in the month already)... So I ask them to clarify if that meant it will be shipping out in a few days. They basically send me the same vague email.
I look on their website, the same exact item I bought currently is showing "IN STOCK! ORDER NOW!" I go to the chat. It says "All items in stock!". I go to the customer service chat, it says an "agent is standing by!" I click on "chat with agent", and it says average time to respond is "1 hour". I say hello, and all it is is an automated system that asks for an email, and says they will get back to you.
Been 4 hours. Hardly an agent "Ready to chat now", let alone a "1 hour response time".
I'm sure most of these positive reviews are fake. There is NO WAY they are talking about the same company, at least honestly. Even the detailed reviews of products I read here are suspect.
Literally EVERYTHING on their website is a LIE.
- They don't have anything in stock.
- They won't tell you its out of stock the order is placed and running late.
- They don't usually ship in 2 days.
- $50 Fed Ex Expidite is not 2 day.
- The 2 to 5 day shipping option is actually a 5 to 2 week shipping option.
- They don't have an agent "standing by" its just an automated email system.
- They can't mathmatically have a "average response time of 1 hour" if they only are only responding within an 8 hour period each day."
