Placed an order that was shown at below other retailers prices, got a notice out of stock. The site listed over 300 units and I was able to place another order. That they would not be able to fill again. It seems like they just are collecting credit card Numbers. STAY AWAY!"
"Don,t be foolish with these guys. they played your my order. It said in stock but later they twisted it to special order and tried to deliver after 10 weeks. when I prooved with my reciept that that was in your stock then they want to cancel the order after 2 weeks. The lady I spoke to she said to leave negative feedback.looks like they don't care about that. Still I will appriciate if they give me my money back asap."
"Worst customer service that I have EVER experienced in my life! My sofa was estimated to arrive in 8-10 weeks. I contacted customer service to inquired about my order after 8 weeks and was assured I would be contacted by the shipping company. After 12 weeks, I contacted them again and was told the shipping company would contact me. Finally, after 13 weeks I was told that the sofa had been discontinued and they were cancelling my order and would be refunding my money. I had to contact them 3 more times before I received my refund check after they told me it would arrive in 7-10 days. So approximately 16 weeks (4 months) later, I received a refund without an apology for the inconvenience!"
"THE WORST EVER- BE WARE.
I purchased $5,000 worth of products from here. I paid extra for white glove service and some of them, they just dropped it on the street despite having to pay extra for this service. Some products were defective. 2 months passed since and I reported the problem but still no replacement part. The worst is after calling them NUMEROUS times to ask about the bed and sofa, they tell me after 2.5 months of ordering that THE BED IS DISCONTINUED.. Worst customer service EVER"
"DA Stores is a dangerous joke! They give a bad name to e-retailers. I ordered a table from them. Came missing most of the hardware to assemble and the table was not the same finish as pictured on their website...lots of black streaks rather than a "silver" finish. As their site said they would "honor returns for any reason", I requested a return. After over a week going back and forth (they declined return policy originally), they finally said they would accept a return if I paid the shipping both ways. I was more than happy to do this until they told me the shipping (each way) was just $50 less than the cost of the table!!! Verified with shipper than this was untrue. Warning: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

"I ordered from you a dining table with 4 chairs.
When I received the chairs, I noticed that the metalic frame it was a bit damaged. Some paint had been chipped off and rust had started to appear.
What I did I got some anti-rust paint from Home Depot and I touched those chipped off/rusty spots. Also the rubber feet of the chair legs, for some of those, they wer flat and abused as If someone was using them or dragging them on the floor in the warehouse. They were still acceptable but not looking brand spanking new, at least for some of those, not all of them.
I didn't request anything in exchange for the chair condition and I kept them.
Regarding the table. It came with the wrong parts and I couldn't assemble the table because of the missing parts.
I contacted Customer Service and I must say they were very helpful and fast to request a replacement, thus offering quick help and solution to the missing parts.
After two business days, I received the missing parts and I put together the table.
Overall the customer service was excellent but I would expect better attention to the furniture in order to be received and felt brand new with no blemishes.

"TERRIBLE COMPANY. avoid avoid avoid. they shipped me a sofa, it was completely broken and so i told them to take it back (oh ths is after they gave me a time, i waited at home all day only to get a call in the evening that they couldn't deliver that day). "Dont order from this store!Three weeks of bad business!!! Ordered my table and chair June 28... they said "william" their delivery driver, would give me a call a set up a delivery date. He never called. I called him and he said Friday. Friday came a went, so I called him again. He said Tuesday, and that he would call me with a time. Tuesday came and went still no call and no product! I called again and he said Wed. Wed cam and went no ANYTHING! I called again, and he said Thursday, and he would call me with a time...Well half my order came at 9:30pm, but they didnt know anything about the rest of my order! If took over three weeks to get half my order! I called a canceled everything else and we will see how long it takes to get my refund!"

"Disaster business setup. Purchased a 3-sitter from them worth $1200.00. On the website they promised 3 to 10 weeks. that world be 70days right!!! It took 120 days. They did not even consider updating me during the period of their lateness. At first i thought it was a scam. An it did seem like one. So, i kept calling and calling. They gave me different story each time. I almost called the FBI. Until it finally shipped. it is on its way now. we will see!!!"
