"The website indicated the dart board cabinet would ship 3 - 5 days after the order was placed. Unfortunately, when I checked the order, I discovered it had not been processed. When I contacted customer service, they had to investigate and get back to me. I received an update via email it was going to ship late and I would not arrive before Xmas. Since was my husbands gift, I was very disappointed. The issue was the scoreboards were out of stock. I received a surprised Thursday before Christmas. The cabinet with the included dart board arrived. The vendor knew how much it would mean to their customer to receive the cabinet and dart board in time for Xmas, so they shipped and advised we should receive the scoreboards by mid January. I received the score boards this week. The one thing that can be improved? Would be nice if were notified of delays and changes instead having to call when there is an issue with out of stock and/delayed items. However, overall, I am a happy customer."

"It was quite pleasant purchasing from Modern Furniture Warehouse. I received my order yesterday via freight and everything in the order was just perfect, no damage. The truck driver was very polite and friendly. The only thing I could not understand was that I was never notified by e-mail that the order was shipped so when the freight Co. called to make the delivery I was quite surprised. The man who delivered the furniture was courteous and helpful, even taking off the packing material and helping me organize it for recycling before he left. "I paid $179 for white glove service but the bed was left in the boxes, unassembled. The bed is great but could have been ordered anywhere. It was a hassle to give instructions btwn the two shippers used. I still have not been reimbursed for the white glover service."

"We ordered 4 chairs with this company and we will never order anything there again. Here are the reasons why:
1. they delivered the chairs later than promised without notifying us.
2. once we received the chairs we assembled one to find out there is a misalignment from the seat to the supporting frame of about 1/2 inch. The seat attachments aren't properly welded to the correct location.
3. sitting on the chair it felt all wobbly, probably due to length differences of the legs.
4. dealing with customer service is a nightmare because they simply ignore the fact that these chairs are of very poor quality.
5. it looks like they are making money off of returns due to the fact that they demand 30% restocking fees + shipping.
This is our first experience with this company and we will never shop there again, in fact we will do everything to publish these kind of unfair business practices.

"I bought a full leather sectional on 11/28/11 and had to put over $1000 down. I was told it was special order and would take 10 weeks to deliver. Over a month later I received and email that this model was no longer available. It took them 4 weeks to figure this out? They collected interest off of my $1000 dollar deposit for 30 days. I will never use this company again."
