"The following is my correspondence to this merchant upon realizing I was being given the run-a-round!!
On the day I placed my online, not only did I print out my receipt that clearly shows *3 in stock* but I also called your store and verified this. Your rep further advised that I should have my items in about a week, which was yesterday. So I placed the order, but began calling your office on Mon 12/5/11 when I noticed that I still had no tracking # and realized it would then be unlikely I'd receive my items in about a week. On Monday a female rep advised me that the items were in "inspection" and would ship out and produce a tracking # that afternoon. Tuesday afternoon I still had no tracking # and therefore called your office again where I learned that my 3 items were awaiting "loading" and then I would get a tracking #. Still, yesterday which was Wed 12/7/11, no tracking number. I call again and was transferred to the warehouse supervisor who advised the irked were assigned to the U-Wire shipping truck and would definitely be shipped yesterday evening and a tracking # sent to me via email. Yet again, no tracking # today 12/8/1, so I call again. The rep advised MY FREAKING ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK!!!!!!!! How in the Sam hell is it legal to advertise that you have items in stock if they in fact are NOT? You've got yourself a lawsuit if you don't make this right IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! I have no furniture and have holiday entertaining to do in my home. I do not want any freaking BONDED leather, I want the damn furniture I ordered and your company said was IN STOCK and ready to ship. Not only does my paperwork show in stock, BUT THREE SETS ARE IN STOCK!!! You've got very little time to make this right by me before I blow my top!!!!! I've been lied to, intentionally deceived and essentially STOLEN from (you sure didn't waste any time collecting my $1,574.00)!!! I don't want a reply email just whenever you can find time to squeeze me in. I want, deserve and demand a phone call with your explanation as to how you plan on finding the set I ordered and getting it here to me IMMEDIATELY! I could have chosen overstock.com where they offer the same set and at that time it was exactly the same price, so don't make me certain that I made a mistake with you by thinking I'm gonna be some push-over you can continue to deceive. You will somehow turn this mistake into a positive experience for me....or you'll end up in court!!! Looking forward to hearing from you!
