I just want to share my "Monarch experience" with everyone. Let me first start with what led me to order from Monarch. It was about a month ago when I made a terrible decision to order a video card from another popular store. The video card itself wasn't the problem, it was everything about the store itself. The customer support, and I hesitate to call it that, left a lot to be desired! Everyone with whom I spoke acted as though I was a bother, like I was taking them away from something far more important. The delivery was so slow, honestly it took forever! Now, I don't know about you guys, but when I read 2 day delivery I'm figuring a day or 2 to process the order and 2 maybe 3 days to get the order to the customers house. After approximately 2 weeks I finally recieved my order. I thought "there has to be a better online store out there" and there was, Monarch! I am so thankful I found these guys! I placed my order on Wed and the order arrived at my house on Fri morning, that's what I call fast service! Also, I can't say enough about the customer service @ Monarch, freaking amazing! I am not a comp whiz by any stretch of the imagination but after buying and installing a new DVD/CD burner myself I started getting into my computer, I've since installed a new video card and upgraded my memory. Point being when I finally decide to buy a part I do a lot of research before making the buy, and even so, after I place the order I still stress... "oh man, I hope I'm doing the right thing", "am I getting the right part?", "will it work in my comp? It better because if not I'll have to pay the restock fee." All these thoughts raced through my head until I contacted Monarch's customer service, they made me feel so much better about my purchase, and put my mind at ease! I spoke to a rep named Jeremy, and he was nothing short of perfect, simply amazing! I will be purchasing all my products from Monarch, IMO they are the best! Just keep in mind, everyone makes mistakes, it is just a fact that we all have a bad day every now and then! Although no one is perfect, Monarch is as close as it gets! Good luck!

"I ordered my gaming computer on Feb. 20 and recieved it Mar. 16. I did ask for a different processor that had become available after I placed my order but it was before my computer was started to be built. They upgraded my shipping so I could get it by the day I wanted, Mar 17. I ordered an all black computer and, by my own mistake, ordered an beige DVD burner. There was no color listed for this Sony model and I had ordered a black Sony DVD player. I assumed it was black too. No one e-mailed me to see if I really wanted a beige DVD burner in my all black case but it was really my fault. It has since been exchanged. I guess what I was disappointed with was the last of updates of the build schedule telling me how far along they were. One day it was on the fourth of six steps with 3 days of run off to be done and the next day it was ready to be shipped. They did run it off but didn't show it was past step four. Not a big thing but when you are wondering if you are going to get your computer by the day you asked for it becomes important. E-mails back and forth were at a mininum too. I wasn't sure if the processor was going to be upgraded like I asked for until I saw the extra charge on my credit card statement.
The computer runs great. I did find that one of the temp. sensors was placed on a label rather than on the metal part of the hard drive but I can live with that."
"My phone order was placed at 3pm Friday, West Coast Time, with standard FedEx delivery. Products were in stock and shipped at 10pm, estimated to arrive Wednesday. FedEx showed up at 10am Monday. Shipment was complete and in perfect condition. Credit Card processing was fine. Altogether terrific, as good as an on-line mail order experience can be."

"I ordered a custom built system. It has performed flawlessly since it arrived; that's the good part, now the not so good. It arrived late. After unpacking the unit I could see dirt on the front and sides of the case, but I was able to clean this up. In addition, the window in the side of the case had fingerprints and smears where it look as though someone had tried to clean it up; again, I was able to clean most of this up myself. The optical drive (DVD/CD ROM) cage has numerous scratches and gouges that are clearly visible through the side window of the case. I opened the front door of the case and found the DVD drive in the top slot mounted properly (faceplate flush with the front of the case), but the CDRW mounted directly beneath it was nearly 1 1/2 inches further inside the case and jammed in this position. It took over 30 minutes to free it and get it mounted properly. The case that I ordered (Thermaltake Tsunami Dream) has a bracket for the screwless mounting of option cards; I found this bracket in the accessory box with the CD's and manuals, not installed in the case. I was able to locate the 4 screws needed in the bag of spare screws and had to install this bracket myself. The product key sticker for the operating system was placed on the back of the case, right over one of the screw holes for installing the card bracket."

"This was the first time for me to order from this company. No problems with them at all. Ordered an Abit AV8-3rd eye motherboard and 1Gig (2x512mb) sticks of Corsair PC3200 on Saturday April 2. Order was processed on Monday and I received my merchandise on Wednesday. Heck, the process and shipping were both done on Monday. I'd buy from Monarch again. The next time I need anything.
April 15 I put the system together. The motherboard and memory both work great. Received all the items and packaging was done nicely. Will order from then again.
