"the manchester ct store is exceptionally bad at rotating tires when asked to during oil changes. not sure why? time pressure maybe or just lazy? they also have a tendency to push for repairs that dont need to be done right away. this is very common at all monro locations as well as other big box repair shops. they get you in there with attractive oil change discounts then prey on the uninformed, women and younger adults especially. pretty sad business model.
i forgot to add something else others might find helpful, the $18.99 or $19.99 oil change coupons end up costing around $27-$28 when all the shop fees are included. again, deliberately misleading in my opinion and totally unnecessary. don't know why they just can't call it what it is and let the customer decide if it's a good value or not? another sad business practice."

We then informed him there was a promotion for 99.00 and why did he try to overcharge me originally and also why didn't he offer the promotion. He had no explanation. He then tried to tell us to get rotators done when asked if they were needed he responded no! Then why try to do unneeded work. Will never take another vehicle there again. They are crooks."
