"After 5 hours oil changed with oil other than specified. Muffler replaced with one extremely different from OEM, which needed extra pipe to get it to work. Inspection went well. Requested 2 front tires to be balanced they did 4, and Alignment never done.

Exhaust leak on front of new muffler was blamed on flex pipe. After bringing car in again and
another 1.5 hours later on lift, they said my flew pipe needed replacement, which it didn't.
I took car home and fixed it myself, these people don't care if they spend the consumers money for no reason.
