"Monro turned my car into a death trap. A strut was installed incorrectly and my brake line left flapping in the wind. Had it become compromised before another mechanic found it I could have been without brakes. They have the dumbest employees and their Director of Customer Service in New York is a first class piece of you know what. Their Cincinnati district manager Pete is a crooked lying sleeze and the manager, Dennis Issacs, at the Lebanon Rd location is Cincinnati is a crook, has no values, and doesn't own up to his mistakes! They say they gave me $1,700 worth of free work but all that work was poorly POORLY done so when Ford fixed my car it cost me $2,300 and Monro just screwed another hard working individual. Spread the word, run fast in the opposite direction of Monro!!!!!! Your life may depend on it!"
