"I have been to the Monro in Wayne for help with my car a few times and they have always been friendly and nice to me.
Anthony, the manager, always accommodates me when I need an appointment and chats with me in between his daily duties while I wait for my car.
He's funny and gives me a break on my bill when he can.
I don't own an Ipad, and would love to have one so I hope my review helps me!!

C. Stathes and C. Scholl from 1505 N. Atherton St. Shop 133 State College, PA were very courteous and informative in answering my questions regarding my Taurus. The service was prompt and efficient. I definitely will return for service.
I was very disappointed with the last garage (Sears) I took my car to because they tried to add a lot of repairs that I knew weren't needed. I took it to another garage for a second opinion and they verified that I didn't need the service done. Sears $1,146.00 estimated bill was dropped to a mere State Inspection fee. They tried to give me new rotors, brakes, as well as other repairs. Well 4 months later my brakes are still registering at 10/32 front and 5/32 back. Needless to say I will never take my car to Sears again.
I was leary of trying out Monroe Muffler, but all my fears have subsided because of the two young men I came into contact with ie C. Stathes and C. Scholl. I now have confidence in taking my car to Monroe Muffler again. They were very honest and didn't try to add on repairs that weren't needed.
Thank you Monroe Muffler for helping me to regain my trust in mechanics and Car Service Centers again!

"I booked online and it gives you two options on date and time invade the first one is taken. I was able to schedule an oil change and tire rotation for the next day. They emailed be back within hours to confirm the appointment time. The service was quick as well as they were ready for me when I pulled up!"
"Had breaks and rotors replaced last August. Had a vibration when applying breaks. Tech checked everything out found everything to be fine as far as the suspension/tires/ball joints rotors and brakes. Recommended an adjustment/clean and lube sliders and vibration was gone. Did give time of 30 minutes to complete the work but took over an hour. (Under promise over deliver)."

The manager tech listened to all of the issues with my car with interest and respect, explained everything in clear UNHURRIED detail, and was very interested in being certain that I was happy with the service overall. The price was great and he offered a $20 off coupon as well as informed me that there was a shuttle that would take me back and forth to my home (I did not know this). The thing that stands out the very most is that the manager tech, Dave Slevinski, was exceptionally friendly and respectful (he did not treat me like a dumb woman' which happens way too often in this industry.
