The way I was greeted when I walked in. I had brought my dogs with me because I was only there to wait for inspection. I have a young one that barks briefly as I leave the car. The door to the office hadn't even closed behind me and he barked "WHATS WITH THE DOGS?!" I informed him they would not be in the vehicle(obviously). To which he again barked "WELL THEY CAN'T COME IN HERE!". To which I replied, 'of course'.... I gave him the benefit of the doubt and inquired whether people really try leave their dogs in a vehicle while its in, hoping to illicit an apology, or any kind of comment that I make apologetic for my own piece of mind. If I did not have expired inspection, I would have certainly walked out. I will definitely not be back..."

"Went in for the $14.99 oil change plus 2 additional quarts of oil I ended up with a $25.32 bill. I asked to have the drive line lubed but they told me they didn't have the needle tip required to lube the drive line. So I didn't get the full service I expected. Suppose I'll have to do it myself."
