"I went in for an oil change and while doing his inspection, the mechanic discovered three other issues I had with the vehicle. He took the time to show me what was wrong with each of the issues and explained to me what it would take and cost to fix it. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. The estimate to have the problems fixed is very reasonable and I will definitely take it back to Monroe to have it fixed. Monroe is the only car care center I ever go to and have recommended it to my friends and family."

"Service is great. My issue is with the quality of product. In this case; Muffler. The 1 yr warranty sound grows louder with acceleration. I did not like it. They gave me the life time muffler but, there is no difference in this sound when accelerating. This tells me it is the design of the muffler itself. Either cheap or made to sound like revving up for a race? I would not recommend these mufflers! "

"i am not. this was the second time ive been to a monroe (once in dewit, ny and once in oneida, ny). after the dewitt visit a couple years ago i said id never go back there. tried a different one by work; not going back there either."
