He went on a rampage cussing and swearing, throwing his work shirt. Got in our faces and kept wanting to fight us. Yet all this and shop manager doesn't offer us anything to make up for it. Apparently I'm just supposed to deal with and brush it off, ridiculous. Will never step foot in a Monroe Muffler shop again. If you want great customer service, go to Cole Muffler/Mavis. They are phenomenal and always take care of my family and I. Stay away from Monroe!!!"

"Never again. I went there for from brakes. The tech advised me the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. He said the rear brakes were fine. After getting my car back as soon as I pulled out something was wrong. I turned to down the first side street which was two blocks away and my tire fell off while driving. The tech failed to torque the lugs causing damage to my car and someone else. Monro isn't even man enough to admit they made a mistake. I have all the phone conversations recorded and they tried to tell me I must have gone to another shop after them. Stay away unless you want to experience what it's like to lose a wheel while driving "
