"Made an appointment online and never received a call to confirm. I had to scream HELLO to get them to stop ignoring me and actually acknowledge I was there. Ended up being told that I have to come back later because they were too busy. Came back later with a coupon (man behind the counter still didnt even say hello) for a free tire rotation and was told I didnt need my tires rotated despite buying them over a year ago. They also put the wrong type of oil in my car. Now I have to get my oil changed again somewhere else. Id avoid this place at all costs."

"We were passing through and noticed our brakes started to sound terrible, so we pulled into Monro Brakes to have them checked out. Ryan the manager proceeded to have one of his guys take a look at it within 10 minutes. We needed new front brakes and within 1 hour we were in and out, additionally the price we paid was probably about $100.00 less than I would have paid on Long Island where we are from. "Monro of Warrington, PA inspected my car. They did the repairs needed for it to pass inspection. Given that my car has over 270,000 miles on it, many are hesitant to work on it feeling that I should replace my car. Given that purchasing a different car at this time is not an affordable option, I needed to repair it to pass inspection. The staff at Monro was most cooperative and respectful in assisting me to keep my car safe on the road. I will return to them next month to purchase new tires which were not needed for inspection at this time."
