The manager told me to come right away and there was an opening right away. So I showed up within 20 minutes, and my favorite senior-age mechanic named Bob Hepburn did the work. He is so experienced and knows cars/motors better than anyone I have ever met. I feel so reassured and confident that my car is getting the very best care from Bob Hepburn and from this monro muffler store."

"I called around town for a oil change and to rotate tires. Everyone charges $15.00 to $18.00 to change tires. When I called Monro they told me that rotating the tires is FREE with a $19.99 oil change. I could barely believe my Ears.. So I went and I was very surprised with the service. I had never been to Monroe before and I will defintely be back again. Thank you Monro"
"Very good experience: I didn't have an appointment, but noticed a good price for an oil change while driving by, and stopped in. They took me promptly, offered a complimentary tire rotation (which I needed), and asked me to return the next day to double check the lug nut torquing. Good price, friendly personnel, prompt and thorough service. What more could you ask for?"
"Went in for an oil change and my car seems to be running worse... They rotated my tires and my car shook afterwards, they were worried it was a loose lug nut so they retorqued them. Didn't let me know if they had missed one or if any were loose. Also explained that the shaking could've been from an unbalanced tire or an alignment issue. Of course they did not offer to check or fix either of these possible issues..."

The manager even asked me if it was too cold in the waiting room, when does that ever happen? This is the best place to go for an oil change. "I've used the Monro at Mill Run in Columbus, OH several times for two different vehicles, and been satisfied with the work each time. This time, I had a squealing sound under the hood when the car was cold. They determined that the alternator and power steering belts needed to be replaced (not a surprise at 100,000 miles), did so, and now it is nice and quiet again. They also honored a coupon I had printed from their web site."

"Made reservation online but that didn't seem to make a difference at the store. Requested to have the electric system checked as the radio wasn't working, oil change and NY State inspection. Let the shop know that the car had been sitting for sometime and just need to have it serviced and fixed.
When I picked up the car, the radio wasn't working and I changed the fuse myself. When it got dark out, I checked the car lights and the rear light was blown and I replaced bulb myself. No sticker for next oil change.
My bill was $1396.78 and I just wanted to have the car repaired but ended up fixing some items myself. I am not happy with the service done on my car. The staff was nice and the location was clean. Attention to detail fail"
"I took my car to the store to get it fixed. I got a phone call saying the price would be 912.02 plus tax. Which I thouhgt was a bit high but needed to get the car fixed so I paid the fee without questions. Then got to thinking about I felt I was over charged. Turns out I was by like 103 dollars. The store manager not knowing what was going on did some digging and is issuing me a refund of the 103. It should not have had to go this level but at least it is something. I want to thank the Manager and his staff that are nice to work and think those that want to be managers and take money without caring should stay in their office building."
" I had to replace a catalytic converter and it cost me $1,500. It took a lot longer than expected because they kept on finding problems. I wasn't satisfied with the price of the repair. The least they should do is send me a $50 gift card from Master Card, Visa, American Express or Amazon.com. They kept on changing the time of the repair because I was 90 minutes late to work."
