"I placed an order on mothernature.com for some vitamins, was initially attracted to the this site because of their good prices. Ended up buying a total of 3 products. First thing i noticed, but didn't make anything of it at the time, was that my confirmation bill was not sent to my email like all other web pages normally do as soon as you place an order, and then later the day after that i was billed to my credit card.

Things seemed strange when on the fifth day i got curios as to the whereabouts of my vitamins. At that moment i realized that i hadn't received any notification about my items shipping even tough i was billed for the items, but neither did i receive any notification of delays in my order. So I signed into my account on their web-page and my tracking order status was at the time in Warehouse Processing Order and had not shipped. I assumed they were getting everything together, and wrote them to please ship my items as soon as possible.

Ten days later my items were still in Warehouse Processing Order. Something definitely wasn't right so i wrote them again asking where my stuff was, this is what they replied : Due to your items not being available by our distributor, our warehouse needed to order your products directly from the manufacturer. We currently do not have an exact arrival time, it may be another 2-3 weeks.You may cancel this back order at any time.

I was outraged! When i purchased the items they didn't inform me they were out of stock nor contact me at any moment to inform me of the delay and much less bill me for it if they didn't have it. So i tried canceling my order like they said i could, and I haven't heard back from them. I have tried effortlessly to contact them, via email, phone, nothing has worked. If you call them you get a stupid answering machine that leads you back to the website. They stole my money, didn't even get my vitamins.

Feeling frustrated and mad did some research on this store in Google search engine under the name "mothernature.com-scams and complaints" (should had done this before, don't make the same mistake as i did) read about all the scams they've pulled out on other people, I'm just another victim. AVOID THIS STORE, THEY'RE DECEIVING!!"

"Placed an order on 8/14, now about 4 business days passed, still not ship out, while they promise to ship out in 1~3 business days.

Tried to contact them by phone, but their phone can only be used for order;
Tried to sent them 2 emails, but no answer yet;
There is no customer service at all.

Be aware there are so many good reviews give it 5-star, but no real order# attached.

Update: after 4 days, I received a response that my order canceled: "I am very sorry to inform you but we had to cancel your backorder."
Note that my order is NOT backorder when I placed the order; second, it take ridulous 4 business days to know it's backordered!! Stay away from this seller!"

I checked many sites before I placed this most recent order. MotherNature was by far the best! The price of my product was very reasonable-better than the others- and I believe the quality is good. I recommend checking the promotion codes if you are ordering a product from their site. I saved a bit over an already reasonable price. I believe I will be pleased with the results of the product I purchased and will likely become a regular customer on this site. *****"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! decided to buy the chlorophyll that was featured in InStyle magazine, in order to qualify for free shipping I bought some "filler" items with a total of four items purchased. This order was placed back in July 7th, after 3 weeks of not noticing any change in my order status I sent an email asking for my items purchased and 2 days later they returned an email saying that they had ran out of 1 of the 4 items, I replied asking them if they could ship the rest of the order (since all I really cared for was the chlorophyll) well just yesterday I received my order of only 2 items, NO CHLOROPHYLL!!!!! It's so hard to get a hold of them! WORST customer service EVER!"

"Do NOT order from this co. i spent $43.61 for 10 items. i only got one item $6.88 after 11 days. i am waiting for rest of my order for almost 3 weeks. i sent 4-5 emails for sevral problems (no order comformation e-mail, my e-mail address does not work for 4-5 days, where is my order). they never answer my e-mails. i can not even cancel my order. there is no customer service in this co. and they try to sell items they do not have. "Sadly my review is not very good. I ordered $53.00 worth of Next Organic Chocolate Cherries & what was delivered was a chocolate soup with cherries. MotherNature's shipping department has no clue that in the summer you should pack perishables with ice packs.
The only way to contact Customer Service is by email & still no response 1 week later.
I would NOT recommend shopping with this online etailer."
