One item was missing from my order and after the first contact, my item was shipped with apologies.
No follow-up calls required
No irritating messges to leave in a voicemail
No excuses from Customer Service

I received 2 replies back with apologies for the mistake and 2 follow-up e-mails after my package shipped to make sure my order was received.
Mother Nature is a vendor who backs up their customers and provides Total Satisfaction. They really care!

"Order delivered on 6/7/11 to wrong address. Temperature was 103 degrees here that day. Order not found until following morning. Put in refrigerator (chocolate) before opening. Some had melted and reformulated. Seems usable. UPS man first said he had delivered order; when he realized there was a problem he backpedaled and couldn't "remember" if he had delivered order or not.

Refund for $.94 on previous Order # 1558560 shipped March 30, 2011 not yet received either by mail or on my credit card statement."

"On May 12 I ordered 2 items, both listed as "available". One arrived & on packing slip there was no explanation about the missing item; it stated that "to EXPEDITE (??) shipping" my order might arrive in multiple packages. On May 20, still no 2nd item & impossible to reach anyone by phone, also the "Order Status Wizard" they cheerfully refer you to so you can "track your order" does not work, as others have noted. I sent an email demanding a specific date for delivery of 2nd item; received this in response: "We are sorry for the delay with shipping your full order. Due to your items not being available by our distributor, our warehouse needed to order your products directly from the manufacturer. We currently do not have an exact arrival time, it may be another 1 week." Still NO WAY to make actual contact with anyone at the company, & today is June 1st--still nothing. May 31st I received this response to another email inquiry: "Detailed tracking information may not be available for up to 72 hours after the order has been handed over to carrier, sometimes longer depending on electronic delays with the carrier. If there are no updates with your tracking information, nor your package has been received after 15 days from the date of shipment, please contact us so that we can investigate further." Since their Order Status "Wizard" doesn't work, there is no way to find out when the 2nd item was shipped, & I do not believe it has been in any case. So this company deliberately sends you on an endless circle of trying to get info. Today, June 1st I sent an email to either notify me immediately of exact shipping date or cancel it. From what other unhappy people are commenting, however, I will be amazed if I ever get my missing item or my money back. Seems rather astounding that so many people claim to have had such xlnt service; hmmmmm... Also, if you order less than $50 worth, their shipping charges are insane ($13 for one small item I almost ordered); no flat rate! Will I ever order from them again? What do you think? In fact, why would anyone???"
