"Still waiting three weeks later on one of two items ordered. At time of ordering, the website said both items were "Available Today". Apparently this company lacks a reliable, real-time inventory management system. Both items became backordered after ordering. Never once has Mothernature.com initiated communication with me on the status of the order after the initial confirmation email. They have responded to my inquiries, but apparently their system is set up to only answer email, not inform customers of a problem with their order. I will not order from this company again. Their are far more reliable and professional companies out there selling natural products (iherb, vitacost, luckyvitamin, amazon, etc.)."

"If I could rate this web site a zero I would. They charged me the second I placed my order, but I didn't receive product for over a month. Ordered 3/6, charged 3/7, product finally arrived 4/13.) I tried to contact customer service and there was no way to reach anyone by phone. Finally got an email reply shich told me that though they said the product was in stock on their web site and would ship within 24-48 hours, it was back ordered. (Why not say this on their site then? I could've ordered elsewhere and saved a month of waiting...) I decide to give them a second chance based on other positive reviews and ordered something listed in stock on 5/27.
