"I ordered twice from them. The first order came through okay and I was pleased. The second time I never received my order even though the "tracking" said it was delivered! I emailed them and said I never received it, they sent me a photo showing someone "delivering" the package! I was home all day as my car was visible in the photo and they never bothered to ring the doorbell, just left it on the steps for anyone to steal! If they had used a reputable courier such as UPS, I could have had the order delivered to a pick up location! Never again will I order from them!"

On the other hand, regarding this same order, which I called up about later on,, I've never had a bad experience with this site except for the trashy customer service provided by another phone representative named "Maria". She was sarcastic, rude, and downright condescending. Talking down to customers as if they were as stupid as her. Get rid of Maria, and I will add another 2 stars to MoviesUnlimited.com.

"Downright rude and their customer service department purposely doesn't address your questions and then sarcastically ends their emails with "We appreciate your business". I made the mistake of giving them a chance when I saw they carried collectibles. I can't tell you the number of email exchanges where I had to walk away from my computer to not reply with an expletive-ridden response.
They do not care AT ALL about their customers and give you pat answers that you can tell they never read the email at all. My advice is to AVOID these scam artists if you don't want to deal with a bunch of needless aggravation and waste your time following up on orders that never get filled. "

"I called to inquire about an order I placed 1-15-20.As of 1-21-20 no tracking info avail.Called to inquire and spoke to a very nasty lady who was just trying to get me off the phone. When I asked for supvr was told there wasn't one there call back in an hour.Called back in 45 min another nasty lady told me no supvr there...call back in an hour. The problem is that when you tell these reps that they are being nasty or rude they don't care. "Once again they sold me a DVD with the wrong movie on the actual disk even though the the case and stamp on the disk were correct, the actual movie they copied onto the disk was completely wrong (not even the same title). Once again, they would not refund or exchange it. I will never by from them again!"
"I don't remember whether I've ever ordered from Movies Unlimited before, but probably never will again. They're running a "rare titles, buy-three-get-a-fourth free" offer through 6/30/2017. I picked out those I wanted and put them in the cart. When I came back to purchase, the Web site said the coupon code couldn't be used, because none of these titles was in that group. Worse, when I linked to the group, it came up "no such titles are available".
The people I spoke with are apparently not native-English speakers, and were thoroughly confused about how to handle this, repeatedly asking what I considered dumb questions. This is in strong contrast with other companies I recently had problems with (Secondipity, Shipping Depot), who handled the issues promptly, intelligently, and with (dare I say?) a sense of humor. In both cases, I was assisted by people who were actually involved in running these companies."

I placed an order two months ago as of this review the item never arrived when I contacted them about the issue they told me to contact them in a week if the item didn't arrive. So I did, only to receive an email saying that they could no longer replace/refund the item. Will never order from them again."

"I just bought a DVD documentary on Shirley Temple from them for around $20. Much better than the $75 they were asking at Amazon. Movies Unlimited have always had great service and competitive prices. For years they have handled more titles than just about anybody on the net. And now more than ever they are a source to check when you are shopping for that rare title you've looked for everywhere else.
I've bought from them dozens if not hundreds of times and never had a problem.
