"Shipping was quick and the packaging was really good. A neckstrap was advertised along with my camera and I did not receive it. Also, tip: save screenshots of the description of the items you buy because once the order has been placed you will not have access to the details or accessories included with them.
I contacted customer support via email and I was told that there were no neckstraps in stock and I was offered a discount of $25 with my next order. Later on, I found out that in order to benefit from the $25 coupon, I had to make a purchase of at least $250. Kind of shady, huh? I have to spend more money to be able to be compensated for their own mistake? Said customer representative said that if I wasn't happy with her response, she would be more than happy to start a return for me! I tried contacting another customer representative via instant chat and Davon is the one who promptly and professionally managed to, LO AND BEHOLD, find a neckstrap in stock, and ship it my way.
So I do have mixed emotions; since they made a mistake with my very first order. Bad warehouse management? Bad return policy? Bad customer service? Great customer service?
