"I've visited Mr. Tire twice last month. I called them looking for a specific tire and they said they will call me back at approximately 4:00 pm to let me know about my tire.

They didn't call me at 4:00 pm.

They called me at around 1:30 pm saying they were ready to work on my car. By 2:00 pm I was out of there!
