Con: It took 7 days for them to fill my order, so 10 days to get the product. At the same time I ordered a product from a competitor and that order arrived in 4 days. It should not take more than a week for the product to arrive."

"I ordered a $12 card reader with 2 day shipping at about 3:30pm in the afternoon on Wednesday. Friday morning, fedex delivered the reader. They were quick to pack and ship it, it was well packaged; and I was pretty surprised given how cheap an item it was. I've already ordered other items from them, and I think I'll keep it in my personal list of stores TO order from.


Edit: I ordered a SDHC card from them this week. The experience was as painless as the previous one. Although their price was about $10 more than newegg, they made up for it in having no "expedite" fee, and cheaper shipping prices. I ordered Wednesday, and got the card Friday."

I ordered it. In a few days I received an email with the invoice. I received the card today, and it was exactly what I ordered. While I'm used to seeing orders processed within a day, the wait was quite acceptable. I was not in a hurry.
