Make sure you read the "shipping" options before ordering. They clearly state that they won't be responsible for lost orders if you chose USPS first class mail, which sort of freaked me out since that's what I'd chosen. However I received my package safe and sound! "

"I purchased two 4GB Ridata Silver 150x SD cards from this company. They were advertised as having a "Lifetime Warranty". Since I already own some of these cards I know what they look like and how they performed.
I received two 4GB SD cards that were "Green" in color with a "5 year warranty". When contacted about this their explanation was Ridata switch the cards on them.
They suggested I send them back, at my cost, and they would issue me a lesser quality brand that had a "Lifetime Warranty". When I explained to them that I wanted the Ridata cards because I was aware of their performance and the card they wanted to substitute had very poor quality control and performance they didn't reply.
At least they should have paid for return shipping since they sent the wrong card not to mention the false advertising on their site regarding what card they were selling and its warranty. I have since found the right "Silver" card elsewhere, at the same price, so I know they are not out of production. The card they shipped is listed for about $10 less at most online stores because it has a 5 Year Warranty.
There ad clearly showed not only the specifications and warranty of the "Silver" card but the picture and name as well. A true bait and switch store.

Before making such an inflammatory and false post you could have simply called Ridata in the U.S. toll free and asked them what was what. They would have simply told you we made a packaging change.
The fact that you found some in the silver packaging only a week after they made the change does not surprise me in the least since many companies carry stock for a longer period of time. But we sell so many of these cards that we have to get stock almost once per week.
In any case I am sorry for the error on the web site we should have changed the image as soon as we got the newly packaged items.

What about your false advertisement of a Lifetime Warranty when the card only carried a 5 year warranty. It is not a matter of just the pic of the product being wrong your website clearly indicated this product had a Lifetime Warranty. This is alot more misleading than a change in packaging but I see you clearly overlooked that element in your response. The inflammatory and false statements are coming from you. When you advertise that a product has a Lifetime Warranty and it has a 5 year warranty that is significant falsehood in your advertising.

"I'm a returned customer because I feel I can trust their services over and over again.
This time, I actually had to return the purchased item because it was damaged during delivery. The item was a portable storage device.
It was a bit hectic trying to get the return authorization number via telephone with no one answering the phone. I knew that's not their normal service because I always called them for questions and they always answered the phone. This time, the delay was expected due to the fact that I had to chose to call them right after Christmas! So, I tried to send them an e-mail but had no reply neither.
I tried to call for the 3rd time and I got through. Matt pulled up my order and gave the authorization. He also sent confirmation and instruction via e-mail. It was sent almost instantly.
I packed and returned the item the next day. Within 2 weeks, I received the replacement (The exchange invoice was #37828).
Everytime we buy something, it's expected that there's a chance that something may happen and the item needs to be returned or exchanged. With MyDigitalDiscount.com, it couldn't have been simpler with an online exchange. Just needed to be a bit patience.

I've had two orders. Once I ordered a Canon 1D battery with great success - as described and shipped promptly at a good price.
The second order was two Ritek memory cards - 2GB CF 150x, and 2GB SD 150x. Both at a great price, and shipped promptly.
I would not be suprised if MDD has been receiving only negative reviewers from reseller ratings while buyers with positive experiences have simply not been revewing.

"I ordered at pair of batteries for my Canon 1D, neither of them will charge at all. I have repeatedly emailed the company and have gotten no response because of this I would caution people from ordering from this company.
First off only the Canon's are $119. not the the aftermarket ones that you sell.
The won't charge at all, no matter how hard I plug them in or lean them against something, please reread my post. There is a difference between hard to plug in and won't charge at all
You didn't bother to respond to my repeated emails asking when you were getting in a shipment that was not defective so I can replace them, I wasn't even asking for a refund
If you would read your own description on your website it states that if I had any questions you would get back to customers ASAP. I didn't hear a word from you until it was posted in a public forum.
