"I ordered a MINI SD card and paid extra to have it shipped fast because I needed it. Unfortunately, what they shipped was a normal SD card that I could not use. I emailed them many times but there was only one reply asking me to call them, and even that email replay was slow. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. I am getting more and more unsatisfied and frustrated.
Today is day 8 and only money successfully was debited from my account.

1. First I do not understand why my order was sent via the USPS. It is stated on your site that the USPS passels are lost more often than delivered. Why did you use the USPS but not the UPS.
And on my checkout delivery was indicated as FedEx and I could not change it to anything else.
2. When I tried to track my package using above mentioned number I discovered that that package was delivered in 2005
3. And deep silence follows my attempts to contact the USPS, MyDigitalDiscount.com and Matt Dawson.
The worst is no information at all!!!!!!!!
Would anyone can advise me how to get at least a bit of info and what to do?
It is really the fastest delivery: pay money and your goods are already delivered last year and to other address.

A-ha! This rating is very helpful. When I tried again to track my items It showed that it was dispatched from USA 3 working days after the order was made.

This site is very good because this is the only place where we can hear your voice (or "kidding" :-)))).

"I placed my order for the Sandisk Extreme III CF 4GB from Tokyo on May 23, 2006 11PM Japan time. Actually received the shipment on the 26th 5:20PM. No hassle or extra payment at the customs since importing gadgets are duty free for Japan. They also filled out the declaration form in an accurate manner. CF cards cost about $100 more here in Tokyo even with the international shipping fee of $22 included (caution: with the current FX rate and Visa company adds 1 yen extra or something for purchases in foreign currency) and was a bargain for me. On Monday, the next business day, I got an email from the company explaining everything about my order that could happen. They said that orders went through the roof on that weekend and my order might not get filled because of my position on the order list. First come first serve. They said that if I wanted to cancel just let them know and that would be fine. They said that if I wanted to wait one day till their shipment came in and see if I made it that is fine. They said if I waited and didn't get one of the shipment and I could find the same item elsewhere than I should just call and cancel the order and that would be fine. There was a lot in this email and I was pleasantly surprised. In the end I did get the CF card and the shipping was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to do business with this company again."

"I made 2 purchases from this website on Dec 12, 2005. They billed me and everything seemed to be going normally.
4 weeks later I still haven't received my packages. I contacted the company by email 2-3 days ago and have still not received a reply. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was taking awhile to ship because of the holiday season. Stupid me. I've called both the phone numbers they supplied just a few minutes ago (twice), when they should be open for business, and never got an answer.
I'm extremely irritated with the lack of support from this company and feel they've practically just stolen my money.
From my experience, I can tell you right now: Holiday season or not, this company has certainly lost a future customer, is obviously underprepared, and does business poorly. Almost makes me wonder how it got so many good reviews.
