"It took 9 weeks from them receiving my defective water pump to me getting a new one. First they lost the defective pump in their own warehouse. Over a week later they shipped out the pump to EKWB but with an incorrect shipping label so it ended up coming back. They sent it out a second time only to have it stuck in limbo for another week before making it to EKWB. Then they shipped it to me with missing parts. And a week after that now I have everything. The costumer service, which I called two days every week, were helpful at telling me what was being done but never contacted me nor looked into an advanced replacement which they said they'd do. They keep telling me they're gonna use the fastest method of shipping but I think that's bs. I got a DAC/amp from Korea with free shipping and it arrived six days for ordering. And they can't ship within the country in that amount of time. After eight weeks customer service asked what could be done to redeem the situation. I asked what could possibly make this right. He said free shipping on your next order. And I told him I wouldn't be shopping here again. "
"This is not the first time I have bought from NCIX, but I had a question about their extended credit card verification procedure.
I called in, and my call was quickly answered by Giang. He quickly reassured me that the additional verification was for the protection of my credit, and for NCIX to ensure that I was the rightful owner of the card being used.
He assisted me in easily completing the verification process, apologized for the extra inconvenience, and helped me to get my order properly completed. Because I had waited an additional 24 hours, Giang made sure that the shipping department knew right away that it was OK to send out my order.

"So after I ordered a GTX 1060 SC last week, I was disappointed to find out that the stock indicator was not updated prior to the weekend. This is why my GTX 1060 SC wasn't shipped this week. After a few conversations with Giang, he attempted to ship it from various stores, which turned up negative.
