"I ve been ordering from NCIX since 2006. I always thought that it was the best place to shop for electronics but feel the last few years were a bit of a let down. Recently I had and issue with an item in my order and had to simply exchange it... this time I felt the customer care service was a real let down... it took about a week and we were net even set for a simple exchange... until Erick Chmara took control of the ticket. At this point it took not even a day and the exchange was shipped on both side (I requested a cross shipping) and I was very satisfied. If it were always like that I would say its a 6 star service ! I ve talked a bit more with Erick and found out he was a customer like us before and is now a new supervisor at NCIX. He told me that he is trying to offer this level of quality of service all the time. I had to give him a good review to help him achieve is goal and help NCIX get back that very high level of customer service and satisfaction. "

Can't seem to find where I change my overall rating. After talking with CSR, I would give them three if I could find where to change it from one.
Long story short:
Order something listed as "in stock", expecting it to be "in stock". Not "in stock". Wait on "Back order".
Talk to Customer Service. Customer Service does their job. Good.
Go pick up order. They are apologetic about the situation. Come home and find that case is busted up. Send another ticket to Customer Service.
Customer Service apologises again, and allocates a model exchange.
Go pick up new case, NCIX staff goes to great lengths to check case with me for any defects.

I would like to start by saying that I have been using NCIX for a number of years. Originally I used them exclusively due to their decent prices and they were one of the few who would ship to a P.O. Box. I however have a very serious issue with the way they now ( in my opinion (M.I.R)) false advertise some of their product prices. I wrote several letters but this is now the way they operate.
The only reason I still use their site, although my purchases have dropped from a few thousand $ a year to a few hundred$ is the excellent customer service.
In particular I would like to thank Erick Chmara for his outstanding help in resolving a problem with a product. He stayed in constant contact although I was not always able to respond in a prompt manner. I really can't say enough about the quality of the service from this dept. He is the reason I will still occasionally go to their web site.
If not for my personal objection to their advertising policies, I would probably use NCIX as my primary source of purchasing.
