"Meh. Order was delayed because vendor wouldn't ship to unverified PayPal account.. I Had this been explained on the purchase page I wouldn't have used PayPal. Arrived with hole in box. The box itself was flimsy and there was no padding except for a little crumpled paper and bubble wrap. Part of the scooter was sticking out. The Allen key that was supposed to be included wasn't there (probably fell out of the hole). The scooter itself looks solid. "

"WARNING: you will not get your stuff without extra steps!!!! There was no notification on the website or at the time of order that several extra confirmation steps would be required (receipt of an email with a dummy charge to confirm shipping address). Company did not try again and so sat on my Christmas order for two weeks. Now it's Christmas Eve and my husband does not have a gift. They have a nice website and good product selection, but given the level of communication, cannot recommend them at all. Very disappointed. "
