"After a week without receiving shipping confirmation, I e-mailed NYCeWheels to find out what was going on. They got back to me same day and promised to contact their supplier, and the next day confirmed it had been shipped the week before and provided the tracking number. My scooter arrived the next day in great shape, but I have only for stars because of the delay. They also refunded a small amount for the shipping delay, but not enough to make a real difference to me. "

No cheapest one: yes; no free delivery: yes. (My first bike was cheaper and had free delivery, someone said: "Good bike after little tuning!" Ha-ha-ha! Tools and time for this "little" tuning cost me. I don't want to use any brand/company names.) My new bike was packed well. There was few useful things in the box. "Slow response on warranty and on purchases. This purchase was a result of their inability to follow-thru on a warranty issue. As well, once this order was placed I received a delivery confirmation from NY...I live in Nebraska.

"Ordered a bike midday on Monday, May 18 and was told it would go out the next day (or possibly 2 days later). Once shipped it would take 2 days to be delivered. So I expected it by Thursday or Friday at the latest. I called twice during the week to follow up on my order because I did not receive a tracking number. At the second phone call they said they were just about ready to send me the tracking number. I did not receive the tracking number until 7:40pm Friday but the bike still has not shipped! It has not even left NYCE Wheels but UPS has received the electronic communication to pick up the bike for shipment. I thought surely it would have at least been picked up by UPS by Friday. Now it has been held up even further because of the holiday weekend. NYCEWheels web site says shipped the next day but not my bike. Very disappointing to say the least.
I did, however, have a very good experience with help and guidance from the very polite, knowledgeable and friendly staff in selecting the right bike for my needs.

"I haven't tried the bike yet. Just got it yesterday. Went to a bicycle store to get my seat post pump checked and I got all their customers head turn. Everyone in the store was asking me if I got it there. I feel sorry for the owner. I love the look of it! It's a beauty! I've got the Dahon MU P24. For a lot of attention especially when they saw me walked in with a folded bike and unfolded it in front of everyone.
Anyway, the reason I went there is because I think there's a problem with my seat post pump. Turns out I can only pump holding it and not stepping on the foot lever or else the air is just coming out. "
