"My original order from NYCEwheels was damaged by UPS. I contacted NYCEwheels and notified them of the damage and refusal of the order. NYCEwheels sent me a new BionX system to me within 2 days. There service was and is outstanding. After a few days I had a problem with the wheel. I called NYCEwheels and again had outstanding service with them especially Peter. After some diagnostics, Peter sent me a new wheel. There was no hassle and Peter main concern was to have me happy and back on the road. I could of not ask for any better service. The shipping was very prompt and the product arrived well protected. It was clear the bike had been set up in the shop and not merely passed on directly from a warehouse.
