"My kickped was delivered on 4/7. I took it out and used it for two miles. Afterward, it developed creaking sound exactly as reported in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3jN5m3wFfk. I tried to follow the comment in video, and resulted in the screws ate deeper into the wood. The noise also occured when twisting the tail screws holding the brake. The brake screws were loosed, and I dare not to touch it

"I'm giving 4 stars only because there was a delay in shipping because the bike I had ordered (Paratrooper Pro) was out of stock. The website didn't say they were out of stock when I ordered, so I didn't find out about it until a few days later when I received an email from their shipping manager.
Aside from the delay, the bike was well packaged. I only had to adjust the seat and fill up one of the tires (one was full, one was empty). I also ordered quick release pedals, which were easy to install without any problems.
Overall, a good experience. Would buy from NYCewheels again if I ever need another folding bike!"

The website, however, could be improved. It was difficult to compare scooters because the list of features was not the same. For example, some listed height while others listed height from deck. For those of us who have to choose from far away without coming into the store and test riding - having a more organized catalog would really help. "
