"The catalogue items which I ordered were found to be 'Discontinued' . NYCeWheels , although a leader in the industry and where this issue involved products of a world-known manufacturer ( eZeeBike.com ) , they were unable to give me any idea at all as to where I might find the items i need.

Further, NYCeWheels caused me to purchase an extra $150 USD item with no explanation as to why it was required ... In fact, the item ( an ebike battery charger ) would not ever be absolutely required to charge my previous visit's eZee battery purchase. There is just no engineering sense to the requirement that a $600 battery requires their 'associated' charger .. they explained that my existing eZee charger (same voltages) could cause a "catastrophic event". They were unable to explain why they believe that to be true.

Further, regarding the 1st matter in this note, NYCeWheels never informed me that the items were not available until days later when I had to phone them to learn why no 'order confirmation' email was ever sent to me.

You did not receive the highest rating because of inconsistency and contradiction in information provided by your staff. A few examples follow: One of your staff told me that the Mariner model came with a front luggage socket and one person told me the opposite. One person told me that the only difference between the Speed D7 and the Mariner D7 was better rustproofing on the Mariner. Another person told me that the Mariner was a superior bike because of its build.

This inconsistency was also evident on the blog where entries conflicted with what I was told on the phone.

My final comment is to make sure that the information on the web is accurate, especially the pictures. For someone making an online purchase the descriptions and pictures are taken as a true representation of what is being purchased."

"Overall i think Nyce wheels should start shipping internationally that would be a big plus with them. I ordered thousand dollar bike i would have at least expected a free shipping with the bike but i had to pay for the shipping which was a 100+ and i had to send the bike to our place in Washington. Which was a really annoying way to get the bike since i live in Canada. Also my pedals arrived a day later than the bike. By the time i realized this, I was already back in Canada and now i have to drive back again there next week or maybe next month? You guys should have sent the bike and the e-zy release pedals on the same shipment. Then i wouldn't be wasting my time and gas just to grab late parcels.

Besides my complains, The bike arrived on time. High quality Bike! I Love the Bike! No Problems on their products. If you're a Biker and want a high quality bike. Nyce Wheels would be a good place to stop by. Just try to avoid buying online if you want to avoid shipping charges. If they fix my complains then i would give them 5/5 star rating."
