"After seeing the ratings on this shop online, I thought I could trust there would be no bait and switch. I placed my order and 2 days later was emailed that I would not be charged because the item I wanted was back ordered for another month (like this was different than most online store great prices). What was different was my phone call to cancel my order. The fast and pleasant customer service was accurate and Mark said he canceled my order as well as sent me a verification email. All-in-all, even though I had to shop somewhere else for the item I wanted, the good customer service has won my confidence to give them my business in the future."

"THIS COMPANY HAS NO CODE OF ETHICS & is only out to find a way to trap a customer into a purchase so they can make a buck. I found a Canon 430EX Speedlite flash on their site for $120 less than Best Buy. SHAME ON ME for thinking this advertisement was true. As soon as I placed the order, I received a phone call & was informed the flash is backordered for 4-6 weeks. I was immediately offered a Digital Concepts flash 008952AF/CAN that has additional features the Canon does not have and they so nicely (sarcasm) offered it to me for a discounted price. Sal told me he has been in photography for many years & this flash is of the same quality as the Canon 430EX. He also stated, and I quote, "Between you and me, Canon manufactures this ‘Digital Concepts’ flash but will not admit to it...' After I contact Canon, we will see what they have to say... Anyway, I agreed to try the one he offered since it was of the same specs and QUALITY. Before I even received the flash, I realized I did not want to use anything other than a Canon flash on my Canon camera. When I received the flash, it clearly was not of the same quality. I requested an RMA immediately. I explained that I wish to only use a Canon flash on my Canon Camera and I would wait for the backordered product. No one contacted me for 5 days. I called repeatedly and was informed that Amanda, the lead supervisor, was probably working on getting me the RMA so I should be patient. I called back in two days and was told Amanda is on maternity leave. The LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE and snide comments were very unprofessional. After fighting for three days, I finally received the RMA. When I received the credit, it was minus 15% restocking fee. Why should I pay a restocking fee when the replacement flash I was offered in place of the Canon WAS NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY as they stated to me repeatedly on the phone--even if it did have one more feature than the Canon. It was not in a sealed package and appeared to be a child's toy flash. I told them I just want the Canon 430EX flash I originally ordered. They didn’t care that I was willing to wait for the backordered Canon 430EX. They still charged me 15% restocking fee. What does that tell you? Doesn’t sound like they even have the Canon 430EX and I was never going to receive one from this company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE."
