I ordered an olympus flash because it was about $20 cheaper than other sites. Within two hours, I got a phone call from "Sal" stating that my flash was on backorder for 4 weeks. He said he could replace it with a lighter flash that functioned the same as the olympus. I said to cancel my order so that I could research it. He then stated that he was a photographer and knows the products. I then said the price was too high and he said he could give it to me for the same price as the olympus. With a slight voice in my head saying "no", I said "yes". The flash came in and was something that could easily double as a toy for my two year old. It wasn't out of the package for 5 minutes before I called the company. I stated my case that it wasn't what I expected and in no way compared to the olympus flash. I received attitude from the rep who then told me to go online to request an RMA. I actually was able to get that without hassle! However, I lost I think 15% for the "restocking fee" and more on shipping. The same thing has just happened to my neighbor. She has had a little more trouble getting an RMA, but she did get one. Is there a way to report this company? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!"
