Like all others N.Y. Stores they call you back and try to sell something else and then ahen you say I don't want it then for some reason your order becomes back order.

They seemed helpful during my first order and suggested an offbrand wide-angle lense that was supposedly better than the Sony brand that was out of stock. They ended up sending the completely wrong size and after all the effort of calling to get a return authorization, packing it up and driving down to the post office to ship it, "I" actually had to pay shipping back for their mistake. They wouldn't refund my shipping, but rather gave me some cheap freebie (that I'll never use) to make up for it nearly a month after my initial order.
Then when the lense did come... It makes the picture look out of focus on the edges and a little fish-eyed. I didn't bother sending it back after all the trouble.
I decided to give them one more chance a month later. Ordered a battery on a Tuesday morning that I needed by the weekend to use on a shoot overseas. Payed the 3 day shipping to be sure I got it and got my receipt right away. But, they didn't even send it until Thursday and said they were out of the office for a Holiday. They said it was written somewhere on their site... but obviously not evident enough. I ended up paying double the shipping cost for no reason since it arrived after I was already gone half way around the world.
