"Ordered RAM and a refurbished PC (tower) early on a Monday morning. Paid extra for Thursday delivery. It's Saturday and I'm still waiting for the PC. Tracking says it's not even in my city yet. I live in the 9th largest city in the USA. Called customer service. They were very kind and refunded the extra shipping charge I paid. But that doesn't change the fact that it's a shipping nightmare and a broken promise. Doubt I'll be using newegg in the future."

"I placed my order 11 days ago and I haven't received my tracking information. I've been calling and sending emails to customer service and they cannot tell me when they are going to ship it. Every time I call is with a different person and they just tell me they cannot contact the warehouse or whoever is shipping my order. Four days ago they told me they've already shipped it, I have a national business meeting tomorrow and I won't have my order here. If they hadn't lie to me about it been shipped four days ago, I would probably still have time to buy it from another company. Of course I would never to buy from them, they are blaming their vendors for not answering their emails. I bought from NewEgg.com not from other vendors, of course that's their responsibility and they are the ones that have to make sure all the orders are shipping on time. Definitely not a trustworthy or reliable company. They are a total joke!"

I had issues with my original order with the shipping address from Paypal and did not realize this would cause my order to be cancelled and shipment returned and it had ruined my morning as I was depending on receiving my laptop today. My morning changed when I got Eva in chat. Eva understood my issue and worked tirelessly to help ensure that I get a replacement laptop as soon as possible, waiving rush shipping and processing charges as well as matching my original cost that I paid as the coupon is now expired and the price went up. I could tell that Eva really cared and wanted to do whatever she can to make my experience the best possible.
