"Ordered a simple HDMI cable from them, item shows "In-Stock" then and still.
Then later that day, I get the following email from them (which cannot be replied to):
"Dear Valued Customer:
This message is to inform you that your account has been credited in the amount of $34.23.
The credit is issued for the following reasons:
Thank you for your attention and we wish you have a good day!"
No reason given, at all. after searching their web site the only email address listed was a "Feedback" address, which they are (evidently) not interested in. I have emailed them several times to ask what is going on, no reply.
REALLY REALLY poor communication, this company is a (bad) joke.
I have yet to see a charge or a credit to my card. But the "Status" of my order shows "Processing".
Will I ever get my cable? Is there anybody really at that retailer?

"I was trying to use a $40 off coupon from pricesaving.com for a Samsung ML-2250 laser printer at NextWarehouse, but the coupon was not working. I sent an email to NextWarehous customer service and got a repy within hours from the Sales Manager Kevin Lai. He explained that the coupon I was trying to use was expired, but he provided me with a new coupon code that did work for the same printer. Great, speedy response from Kevin.
I placed the order the same afternoon (Friday). The following Monday morning I got a call from NextWarehouse explaining that my street address was missing (not sure how that happened). The service rep took my correct information over the phone and my order still shipped out that same afternoon. My printer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Great experience with excellent customer support. BTW, their price before the coupon was already the lowest I could find ($139), after the coupon my price was $99 w/free shipping!"

"NIGHTMARE! Dealing with this company is like a Laurel & Hardy movie. 3+ days after placing online order the status is "processing." Phoning their customer service # resulted in 15 min of "who's on 1st." They think it's packed, but not sure. I finally hung up after 15 minutes of gibberish but no info on order status. I would not order again from these MORONS if they were selling $10. for $3.99.
My order eventually arrived without any communication from merchant; didn't answer email query, no shipping notification, NADA! ONLY order from NextWarehouse if their price is WAY lower & you are in no hurry to get your item or care if you ever hear from them."

Never got it so I emailed their customer service 3 days later and never received a response. Emailed again 5 days later and still no response. Their website shows my order status as "in process" without a sent date after a week. No email responses. BUT they charged my Amex card. Somethings not right.
