"Worst experience I have ever had with Internet merchant. I ordered 2 high end HP scanners. One of them came in a plain brown box. It clearly was an open box or used unit. I needed another right away so I placed another order which I was charged for immediately. They did not process the credit for 31 days and only after many calls. The replacement for the returned item had also been opened and the CD’s were not in their original envelope. Finally they increased the price on the replacement unit because I was only ordering one instead of 2. They effectively fined me $20 (including return shipping for used unit) for doing business with them."
"First, let me say that no one is ever going to accuse this outfit of "fast shipping." The shipping on this particular item was free, however. I ordered a Wenger (yes, the swiss knife people) Laptop case. The case arrived today and is exactly what I expected, except for the "made in China" sticker. I am beginning to wonder if everything isn't made in China, today. It does seem to be well manufactured however, and is in all respects a great case for my new Laptop. It is the "Yukon" model. The confusing issue is that the packing slip indicates that it came from "Neutron Inc. in Glendale Heights, IL.
At any rate, I would give them 4 stars for the product and the free shipping, but 2 stars on the
processing and shipping speed."
"I have done business in the past with this company, and everything had gone fine. Good prices was the always the reason to shop with this vendor.
This time I purchased a Atto SCSI card for a server. When we received the part, we discovered it did not work with our server (an undocumented feature between Atto our Intel server board.) Atto determined there was just some incompatability they had never run across before.
I asked the staff at Next Warehouse if they had a different Atto model that I could upgrade to, which they did not stock. When attempting to return the item, we were hit with a restocking fee. I disputed the fee, but Next Warehouse preferred the restocking fee to retaining a customer.
I should have just asked out Tiger Direct or CDW rep to price match instead of dealing with this."
"I wanna start Out by saying.. This website is GARBAGE! Slow Process! I Suggest EVERYONE TO AVOID this website. Nextwarehouse.com is no where near professional. They are slow at all their work and shipment. I read another review where a customer had to photocopy their information. I also experienced that, but i refused go through the process and requested to cancel the order. There is no point in being placed under a back order and be told to send all the information to them. The website isn't even well known by anyone. Be warned, they can't be trusted!"
"Found the item thru price research. And they provided me with tracking prior to delivery as expected. Received item and even a follow up to make sure I did receive it since it was just left on my porch. Great customer service"
"Thinking i would save a few dollars I went with this company
Their website Claims "guaranteed arrival date"
They don't honor that.
Ordered a laptop early in the morning(8am) paid for 2 day air. with their "guaranteed claim" that it would be here on monday for my client. Got the order confirmation showing my order is confirmed.
I get a call the next day saying i need to fax them all my credit card info front back license etc. I tell the quick tongue rep will they honor their guaranteed arrival claim. He give me a quick answer no and says it will be here on tuesday if i fax front and back of my drivers license and credit card info.
Bad experience
I purchase over 200k in tech products a year as an individual
they have lost my business forever."
"I purchased a $50 CD/AM/FM Radio from NextWarehouse because of the free shipping coupled with this company having the best price I could find for what I wanted. I wasn't looking for anything very big and/or special just something I could drag along with me while doing outside things. I received it soon enough (less than a week) so I was pretty excited about that but noticed right away how extremely big the box was. Extra packaging I thought to myself but opened it to find the equivalent of an obnoxious boom box…a ridiculously overbearing, cheap, ugly boom box. The picture of this product on the website is VERY deceiving...this was definitely not what I was looking for! Anyway, I’m accustomed to taking the good with the bad so decided I would give it to my son and get myself something else. I proceeded to check out the sound but this quickly became a problem. I plugged it in, checked each function to find that the hideous thing didn't even work. It was getting power and you could hear a slight click when changing from AM to FM but no sound! I wasn't happy about this at all but no big deal. I’ll just give them a call and tell them what’s going on and get it straightened out. I called the number on the web site and had to leave a message. Later that afternoon, I got a call back from “Kyle” who seemed nice enough so I told him about the defective product and he immediately asked if I had purchased the "Hot Swap Warranty" which I did not. So he told me I could send it back for a new one but of course I would be responsible for the money to ship this monster thing back to them. I'm not even sure how much it weighs (that detail is not included on the 1 page “data sheet”) but I'd guess it to be about 15lbs. I tried reasoning with Kyle but this was a fruitless effort. I requested to talk to his supervisor and he immediately handed the phone over to "Ed." I thought that was a bit unusual but whatever…Ed turned out to be equally as frustrating and as completely useless as Kyle. I refuse to pay to ship this item back! I'll take it apart and fix it myself and/or set it on fire before I invest another nickel in this POS product or this POS company. They have no honor whatsoever.
I'll stick with Amazon and Overstock in the future.

"This site had the lowest price on an Ergotron LCD stand that I could find, and included free shipping. I was hesitant about ordering it from this merchant based on reviews here, but the reviews on Pricegrabber and PC World made me feel better. I placed the order on 3/18, and had it 6 business days later on 3/27. I received an email with the tracking number on 3/25, so it took a while to get my order processed and sent to the warehouse. No complaints, they delivered exactly what they promised: 5-8 business days for ground shipping."
"We've been in business since 1978. Ordered a $2000 plus scanner online on Feb 1. Email confirmation was shortly received for a Feb 6 to Feb 11 delivery.
Feb 2: We receive email to contact NextWarehouse.com (NW.com) because "We would like to protect you and ourselves from potential fraud. For a better verification of who you are, Could you provide us with your Professional/work email address? If you have no professional/work email address, please provide us with your Company information, (Company name, Phone number, & address)." Seemed resonable enough. So we called and provided the information.
Feb 3: We receive yet another email as follows:
"Dear Valued Customer:
We regret to inform you that our Billing Department encountered a problem while processing your NEXTWAREHOUSE Order [#: XXXXXXXXXXXX]
*** Provide copy of Credit Card and Photo ID ***
Unfortunately, our billing department was not able to verify your credit card information. We kindly request images (front & back) of the credit card and photo identification (driver's license, passport, ID card with photo, name and/or address).
You can scan these images into the computer and upload the scanned images to your online account with us accessible through our secure website. Please be sure to convert the images to either GIF or JPEG format. You can upload the scanned images by logging into your online account with us."
We immediately called and provided our info again, this time including our Fed Tax ID# at there request. Our credit card company agreed that we should never photocopy or scan our complete card info to anyone (which we did not). This was absurd. Never heard of such a request. So, getting suspicious, we called our credit card company to ask if they had been contacted by NW.com or had an approval request made by NW.com. Sure enough! In fact, two such verifications were made by NW.com that morning and both requests were approved (that is, they confirmed to the vendor that the card and holder and amount were okay for the purchase). We even then went so far as to have our credit card company conference call to confirm everything was approved at the credit card services end of things. No go -- they took our information but a manager returned a call saying "we must have the photocopy of both sides of your card because of potential fraud these days on scanner items." Sorry Charlie!!! Needless to say, we canceled the order and will never attempt to do business with this company again. You have to wonder why they were attempting to extract such company information and card details...speaking of potential fraud.

"I ordered a Zagg full body shield for my MacBook Air, from NextWarehouse.
I did not recieve what I ordered. The box the product came in was labeled "full body shield" but also relabeled elsewhere on the box as "standard"
Inside the box was the top cover for a MacBook Pro, no bottom cover. And there was a track pad shield for the MacBook Air. There was not a piece for the area around the trackpad.
I called NextWarehouse, they told me that they're not responsible. That it's the fault of Zagg.
However, if I want to send the box to NextWarehouse, they 'll charge me $8 to return the item, no refund for the shipping charge I paid, and I would need to pay the return shipping charge.
Not acceptable.
Since the product they sold me was not what I ordered, and was in fact falsely labeled. I decided to cut my losses by not paying for postage to return it to them.
I did call my credit card company, and they refunded me the charge on my credit card from NextWarehouse.
I will never again buy from NextWarehouse.

"I placed the order before 8 am PCT. I was told I would receive the item by Friday or Monday. I received notice on Thursday that the item was not even shipped until today and that it could be the end of next week before it is received by me. I have not purchased from this vendor before and will not purchase from it again due to this misrepresentation.

"I ordered an DNS-321 on Nov 3rd 2008..
it states on there web page that it will be "Delivery within 5-8 Business Days" it had been 8 dayz and it still sits at there warehouse. i called them and they told me that it was billing. they took out the money on Nov 4 2008, and 2 more dollars for i have no idea so i payed 2 more dollars for the item. and i order an item from Newegg on the same day and i that on Nov 6 2008. But it is now Nov 12 2008 and they are shipping it tomorrow and it should be Delivery within 5-8 Business Days. so buyer beware. "
"Extremely slow order processing and shipping. They seem to benchmark their shipping off the 5-8 day shipping using the 8th day before it goes out the door. I ordered from them on the 17th, it was "Waiting to bill" until afternoon on the 19th. It then went to "Sent to warehouse to fulfill" until the 23rd. On the 23rd it went to "In processing" as has been there since (25th today). I called and they said, "it should ship out by the 29th." Call me crazy, but this is extremely slow processing in an age where electronic communications are nearly instantaneous."
"Pros: The price was the best I could find. Very competitive. Great customer service. Customer Service Team Leader KAYLA was excellent on communicating the issues for this order. She took care of all my concerns and got the order to me on time.
Cons: For a large order had to wire transfer, so no credit card was accepted.
Other thoughts: Hope to do business with them again. They need to update some of the pricing on their website. It looks like some of them are way overpriced (maybe not updated)."
"Ordered a Konica-Mintola 2550 color laser on August 6, 2008. Considering the free shipping, total price was $100 less than Newegg's price and was the lowest price anywhere. Printer arrived in perfect condition on August 12, and there was excellent communication + e-mail notifications throughout. My sales rep, Kyle, was top-notch. Will certainly buy from NextWarehouse again."
