"I had to sell my co-workers company cell phones, and there were a lot. I did research on the Internet, read all the reviews, and took a gamble between two best companies, one of which NextWorth. NextWorth provided the highest sell value/same sell value for the devices that I was selling. I chose NextWorth over the other because NextWorth website is very user friendly and fast, I was able to track my all orders easily as well. NextWorth used Trade #'s on all their correspondences so that also made it very easy to keep track of all my orders. NextWorth often times had the higher sell value. E-Mail Communications were superb every step of the way, as well as when I had to contact Customer Service, they actually answered me back promptly! :) I have been recommending NextWorth to my friends as the Number One Place to go to sell your used devices, that this is a very reliable, prompt, professional e-organization that I was pleased to do business with. "The customer service at NextWorth is great! I lost a Target gift card that I received from a video game trade in. I first tried to resolve my issue with Target customer service and got nowhere. However, my Nextworth customer service rep worked with me diligently to first contact the issuing bank to get the gift card number and then re-issue me the card after Target once again refused to re-issue the card. Thank you so much for all your hard work and diligence!"

"On August 18, 2014, I sent two (2) items to Nextworth: an Apple iPad and a Samsung Galaxy S3. Those items were received by Nextworth three (3) days later, on August 21, 2014. On August 26, 2014, I received an email indicating that the iPad had been inspected and that I would receive full value for the item [$34.00]. A follow up email indicated that the Target gift card was shipped; and it was received.

Having never received a similar inspection report for the Galaxy S3, I inquired with Nextworth via email. In their response, the indicated that the item was received and inspected on August 29, 2014; with no further comment or details. Having received an email that a gift card for the iPad was shipped, I expected to receive a similar email that a gift card for the Galaxy S3 was shipped.

Originally, Nextworth indicated that the Galaxy S3 was damaged and had a reduced trade-in value of 29cents. I shared my concern with them; and a customer service manager inquired into my case stating, "Your case was brought to my attention so i contacted my warehouse manager to follow up and review your Samsung phone. After a second inspection a small crack was found in the casing but other factors such as cracked screen and water damage were imputed incorrectly by the inspector. I apologize you received contrary information from one of our representatives but as i am sure you can understand they have to follow what our inspectors tell them about the item. I have arranged for your additional gift card in the amount of $70 to be sent out to you shortly".

I have mixed sentiment on Nextworth. Their handling of the iPad was excellent with timely communication. Their handling of the Galaxy S3 was challenged, but ultimately resulted in an accurate manner.

"I will never use NextWorth again. I sent my phone (iPhone 4) to them for an agreed upon price of $70. A few days after sending them the phone, I was notified that the offer would be reduced to $30 since it was their opinion that the phone was not fully functional. I sent the phone to them in perfect working condition so I believe they are simply looking for a way to offer you one price, and then switch it at the last moment in the hopes that you will want to avoid the hassle and simply accept the lower offer.

When I asked that my phone be returned to me, I received it without a SIM card. Now, before I sell it, I need to go to the AT&T store and take time out of my day to get a new SIM card installed. The rationale behind them taking the SIM card was that "we remove all accessories that are sent in with the phone." By that same logic, do you consider the battery or camera an "accessory?"

I'm pretty upset with the process and will make sure that none of my friends or family use NextWorth.

"Easy to get a quote. Their offer was >50% more than the next highest competitor's offer! Quick to process my order and deliver my money via PayPal. Would like to see more detailed phone condition selections (not just excellent, OK, and non-functioning). My first order had to be canceled because I didn't realize I had a 32GB iPhone and not a 16GB. By the time I placed my second order, the quote price had dropped, even though I was offering a bigger phone. Easy-to-follow instructions and attentive customer service."

"This is the second time I have used NextWorth to sell apple products and it has always been an easy process. They offer the most cash back that I've seen out there. "Had previously delt with Gazelle and they had chopped my price so low it was worth keeping the product. Was an overall bad experience and when I sent it off to NextWorth I have had the opposite experience. There was good reasoning and explanation with why they wanted to re-assess the products and NextWorth even accommodated me wen I asked for more money then their quote. Responses to questions are very quick and accurate. I would recommend NextWorth to anyone looking to trade in their device or take advantage of the price difference to trade up for the newest device."

"Overall a great experience.
I accidentally sent in my phone without a shipping receipt. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and explained that they were able to look it up by my address on the package. They sent me an email saying that they had received it. Later that day, I got another email saying that it was being processed by reviewers. After one day for review, I received an email saying that it was finished but did not match my original quote. I contacted them by email explaining that I did not want to continue if it was going to be for the reduced amount. I was promptly contacted by phone and the friendly associate explained that the price was reduced because my phone was not the exact model produced for a certain carriers and that they typically don't recycle it. She explained that they would pay me the lesser amount because it had already been recycled (before the stated 2-business day wait period). She did immediately say that since that had happened that she could give me a little bit more than the reviewed price. I was happy with this and will receive a PayPal payment soon.
Other than receiving less money than I thought, it was more than I deserved for having a lesser brand cell carrier. I am very impressed with the level of service and especially the speed of communication. Shipping was free, processing was fast (maybe too fast), and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend.
