"I signed up for a trade-in for multiple items (mostly xbox 360 games and one dvd box set) on 7/19/10 and sent it out a day later via Priority, so I'm guessing they received it around 7/25/10 at the latest. Got an email saying they received one of the items on 7/26/10 and that it would be a full payment on that item. Within the next few days, I would get a few more emails stating the same thing.
I would check the website after a few more days and all of items would say "received," but not inspected. Finally, some of them would say "inspected" except for the last two items still just said received - this status remained for about a week until finally last week, those two showed as inspected.
I've traded in items before to some different sites and this has been the slowest by far. Are they playing these Xbox games to completion? Is that what's taking so long to inspect? If Gamestop did this every time someone brought games in, they'd have no time to run the rest of their business.
This company must be grossly understaffed because I sent them an email a week ago and still no reply and it's taken over two and a half weeks since I sent my items and still no notification that my check is going out. As it sits, they are showing that all items have been inspected and all items will be paid in full, but still no status change.
This is the last time I'll ever use this service."
