"Well, this is my second order from OCSystem, and this one actually went ok. They couldn't exactly cheat me on some fan grills and mesh filters, now could they? (although the $10 shipping on $15 worth of small items was a bit expensive) However, I have still not gotten my refund back (minus their f***ing $10 charge for taking the time to rip me off) for my previous order of PC3200 CAS2/CL2 RAM (which was actually PC2700 CAS2/CL2). This company should really be out of business. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ORDERING RAM, VIDEO CARDS, OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THAT THEY CAN FAKE AND MAKE IT LOOK GENUINE. Obviously, this would be very difficult to do with fans and such, but anything on their site that says "OCSystem" as the brand name....STAY AWAY, BECAUSE IT IS A FAKE!!!!! They do not pretest anything, and that I can assure you. I hate to see this company still in business, regularly ripping people off every day, but there isn't much else I can do but leave this comment. Some sites I recommend are: Newegg, Googlegear, SVC, BananaPC, GameVE, ENPC, Nutrend, EMSComputing, Directron, and PCMods. I have had only very positive experiences with all of these sites."

I recieved my order from NewEgg on Wednesday, only 2 days after I ordered. "Recieved shipment as ordered and in good condition. 3 days to process and 7 days ground shipping. Ordered 1 stick of OC system PC3200 DDR Abit approved, some cables and fans. Memory showed up as 333MHZ with my xp1700 at sock settings. It easily clocks up to 400 MHZ as I bump PC bus to 200+ and set Multiplier to 6/6.

I see another user here that bought the same ram from them and it turned out to be pc2700, this also seems to be the case.

So, after a couple days of placing long distance calls, only to be told by a machine they weren't answering, I turned to emails. And still no reply.

My return period about to end, I sent the ram back, and joy of joys, I see that they're going to charge me a 20% stocking fee for A. Send me garbage and B. Ignoring their obligation to customer service.

I plan on having my credit card company reverse all charges because even though they have a policy that "entitles" them a restocking fee, I have a policy of my own to not get ripped off.

"Against my better judgement after looking at this site, I ordered a Raidmax case, which came with a broken/malfunctioning rear case fan. Emailed about replacing, and received no response after close to 2 weeks. Finally I called and they want me to ship the broken one back at my expense, then they'll replace. Guess what, I bought a replacement fan locally the day after the case arrived. I guess I can just save the extra fan. From now on I order from Newegg.com, where (literally) everything BUT the case was purchased."

"I ordered my "OC System Enhanced" Radeon 9700 Pro on Dec 18. My card was charged $370 on Dec 20. Three weeks, several unanswered emails and phone messages later, my card arrived. This is typical of my orders with OC System. They have superb product, and very little customer service. I have always gotten what I ordered, or a free upgrade if they were out of stock, but it takes a long time to get it, and little or no tracking information make the experience very stressful. I will order from them again. The excellent product is worth waiting for."

I placed my order on 1/3/2003 at 6 PM EST. It is now 1/10/2003. 5 business days, 2 phone calls and 2 unanswered emails later and I am still not sure the order has been shipped.

On both phone calls the person was very helpful and understanding of my concerns and I think is genuinely trying to help. But I think this company has serious supply chain issues. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
