"I ordered a Ti4200 video card with 128 MB RAM and the additional copper cooler. What I got was a Ti4200 vodeo card with 64MB RAM and the house aluminum cooler. It has been a couple of months ago but I have requested assistance but have not even gotten a single response. I want either the card I ordered or a refund for the difference. I did not find this site until after I used OC System, if I had known they were such a risk, I would have not even looked further. Price would be good if they sent the right card. Shipping was kinda slow but I figured since they had to modify the card, it would take a few days longer. I had serous problems with my motherboard so I was late finding out about the video."

The biggest drawback of OCSystem is the time they take to ship (3-4days). Prices though are excellent. Cant comment on the quality of goods as I didnt use them.
Customer support is pretty good. They usually responded to mails within 1 day, sometimes within an hour! It is their processing time that sucks!"

"Their product is good... but not the best. Moderate Reseller. I am not happy with their online credit card proccess gateway. Oviously it sucks. They need to use authorize.net or something which can reliabily checks AVS. They delay my order for 3 days to verify my address with my bank. (I order other hardware from other reseller that day on the same time, only OC SYSTEM give me problems. However, they customer representive is trying to be helpful and made me like them again. "i ordered an overclocked geforce 4 ti-4200 64mb video card on november 4th, white box, with the thermaltake geforce4 cooler/bga ramsinks already installed. my order was not processed until the 8th, and i recieved an email saying my order would ship out in 3 days of the order date. i called in on the 8th asking the status of my order and the rep. said my address had to be verified. so that happened and then i call back on the 18th asking again my order status, the same rep. says my order is "maybe on backorder or something." i am not happy at all and would not recommend this reseller."

I ordered a swiftech fan and a thermaltake smartfan II with coolmod LED. I recieved the product soon enough but when I installed it the steel standoff broke in half. I called them the next day and after speaking with the front desk trying to explain what a standoff was for five minutes. She paged a tech which told her that it was caused by installation misuse? "Myself tightning the "steel standoff" to much." I dont see how this is possible seeming I was using my fingers to do this. Plus its steel right? says right on the instruction sheet that is so I assume so.
I finally talked to some lady in customer serivce who gave me the typical lowdown on how they can but wont help you and that they sell billions of products and dont know the return policy for individual items. This is ridiculous considering it's a FREAKIN STANDOFF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE!!! CAN I GET A STANDOFF PLEASE? ANYBODY??
I called swiftech and before I even finished my sentence the lady told me to send her an email with what i needed replaced and she would replace it no questions asked. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERIVCE. Take a lesson OCSYSTEM. :("
"Overall i had a great experience with them. Ordered 3 rounded IDE cables and two LED fans. Everything was correct and was recieved the exact day that the UPS tracking number suggested (10 days, but i was willing to wait, since thats the option i chose). had emailed the company prior to ordering for a few minor questions--emails were answered within 15 minutes of sending. Shipping was in a large box (obviously too big for what i ordered) but it was full of styrofoam packing beads with my products safely packed inside, along with my invoice.

"I orderd a epox motherboard from them and was overall vary happy except it did take the full three days to get it shipped out I ordered on wensday they called thursday night to confirm the shipping addresse and shipped it on friday and I paid for second day air so I had it on tuesday of the following week everything arrived in perfect condition and the packageing box was more then large enough I will certainly be buying from them again I could have even had free shipping, plus I got a free epox t-shirt."
"Purchased a Ti4600 OC Enhanced video card. Card received a little late (2 days longer than quoted)but was dead on arrival. Had a hardtime getting a hold of anyone as has been described in earlier reviews (I really wish I had known about this site before today!). Finally got someone and was given an RMA number. Shipped card back and it was signed for (UPS) on Wednesday, I called on Monday and got very upset when they tried to tell me that they had received the card back on Friday when I have the tracking information. If they had not booked it back into their system until Friday is their fault. I insisted on knowing when I would receive a replacement card and I was told Wednesday would be the earliest. I had still not received an email regarding shipment by Thursday evening and so I called and got a hold of someone. I was told that they had not yet looked at the card. I went ballistic and explained what had happened. I was then told that I would receive my replacement card on Friday. Card received and this time it seems fine.
My opinion, they need to deal much better with customer service. In reading the reviews here, I see a pattern of badly managed customer service calls. This to me seems to be deliberate. I do not think I will be buying from them again and I hope I never have to call them on this card."
