"For some reason, Oldies did not ship a the vinyl LP I ordered along with the DVDs I ordered. This was an international order.
Although they acknowledged that it was "in stock", they chose not to send it. They said I could order it again at some other time. I can only conclude that they did not want to bother with packaging. They just sent the DVDs in a bubble bag along the notice that the LP was not included and was not going to be shipped.
To order the LP again, I will have to pay an increased shipping charge because I will not be able to take advantage of the reduced charge that occurs when you order multiple items.
I think it would have been courteous and professional if Oldies had notified me in advance that they would not be sending the LP. I could have had a choice."
