"We have been getting Omaha Steak bacon wrapped fillets for over 20 years, the steaks have been tough and grisly. We have really enjoyed these streaks over the years, but I think I have had my last purchase. I thought maybe I had a tough box, but everyone in other boxes are the same, full of grissel. Very disappointing!

I received an entire refund for the above problem from Omaha. I am very impressed with their customer service and refund policy. Even though the above steaks were unsatisfactory, I will definitely give Omaha steaks another try, due to their very responsive service. It would be great if other sellers treated their customers as well as Omaha.

"I sent my son and brother each a box of assorted meats from their promo. I later ordered one for myself. I was embarrassed that I sent my family these items as gifts. The photos of their products are not what you will receive. The pork chops were thin and small as well as the hamburger patties. The steaks are thin cut and the potatoes were tasteless. I cannot believe that they get away with this farce but their marketing is catchy. I will not recommend anyone to waste their money."
"Got a kit with fish, burgers, steaks, chicken and some fixings as a gift.
First impression was these are tiny and a complete RIP off.
I prepared as I would any other steak or chicken, both tasted like rubber. No sweetness, terrible consistency and low quality. I have tossed the rest out.
As others have said, buy elsewhere. Costco is a fraction of the price and I am getting high quality prime beef and chicken. "

"At all points of my transaction, from ordering, to delivery, I was happy with my order.
First and foremost, the ordering process on their website was simple, i received free shipping due to the amount i purchased and enjoyed the variety of products offered.
Shipping was relatively quick but not FAST, i ordered on a Friday and received my food the next Friday. My order was in transit for 2-3 days and was received Frozen. There was dry ice at the bottom of the cooler (nice and thick cooler). All items were frozen cold.
I had an issue with my order, one of the items was not correct (i ordered ribeye PIECES and recieved ribeye STEW) I contacted customer service and heard back within 24 hours. Upon hearing back i responded and sent emails back and fourth with them (about 4 emails) all which they responded to on the same day I sent them (fast response time). They are sending me the correct item free of charge and i get to keep the error item (which is two pounds of ribeye stew, looks great by the way).
I received many coupons and discounts with my order, including a $15 off my next order (expires within 30 days) and rewards points sufficient to be able to get free steak next time i order (about 20 dollars with the points i accrued).
I think people leave mainly negative reviews on this site because the people who have pleasant experiences don't go out of their way to review the company which is why i reviewed them today, their portions, quality, and customer service were exceptional.
CON:
The skillet meal is ALMOST too small. It fed three people but I (i'm 240 pounds and 5'6 so im big but not obese) I was full but only for 2 hours, i could have easily ate more. The other two people who ate were full I believe. It is my opinion that if i was to try to feed three people again with a skillet meal i would order 2 and have left overs.

"Ordered the Filet Mignon Dumplings- as the picture of them on the website looked delicious. Unfortunately, the actual product was nothing like the picture. The inside was a mushy, gritty filling (the picture shows small pieces of filet Mignon with scallion) that resembles some sort of slop- not good at all. The outside dumpling was extremely thin- certainly not like any picture on the website. Will never order again. Unfortunately I purchased 2 boxes of this crap."

"BEWARE Will NEVER ORDER FROM IMAHA STEAK AGAIN. Placed an order $550, came in short. When I called customer service, Cassandra continuously yawned and snickered while she was correcting my order. Extremely rude and after repeating it twice I got shorted again on 2nd delivery. Called back and couldn’t speak to a supervisor. Wanted to take the follow up survey and the customer service rep wouldn’t transfer me so I could. They don’t want to know about the bad service. They don’t care. "
"Terrible... they took my order and my money, then I get a note a few days later that shipping is delayed... I go and look at the order and one of the main items is listed as out of stock (they did not tell me that when I ordered or with the delayed shipping note). They then tried to substitute stuff I didn't want. I cancelled the whole order and am waiting on being reimbursed.

"We ordered two gift packages for our relatives they arrived in a relatively appropriate time. What was completely inappropriate was the Christmas card that was enclosed with the gift. Upon speaking with the customer service rep they gave us a choice of slightly described cards one being that with a reindeer on it, it sounded nice so my wife agreed that should be the one.
Little did they say that it was a novelty card with a reindeer standing in a Christmas outfit holding its stomach and the caption reading “do you hear what I hear”
As you open up the card the reindeer is experiencing in the script writing a case of flatulence.
Nobody with a sense of decency at this time of year would send such a card at least we wouldn’t and to be given this choice without a complete description is completely inappropriate. "
