"Saturday, 2/10/07: I placed an order for a Panasonic plasma; TH42PX600U at the lowest price I've seen to date, I shopped around and no other online authorized dealer can match it. I called up and got Holly, she made my experience over the phone very smooth and answered all the questions I had i.e. shipping, tracking and warranty.
Wedn, 2/14/07: received shipment via FedEx freight... the only issue is that under inspection there was a cosmetic flaw with the set due to loose item during transit. Called up and got a hold of Greg, we were able to work out a solution whereas I wouldn't have to return the tv. He make it so easy and quick that I went ahead and purchased a Samsung DVD-R145 at another great deal. The package will be delivered early next week!
OneCall definitely sets themselves from the competition since not only are the prices great but they have a helpful and supportive customer service dept to handle any kind of issues. I look forward to doing business with them again!
***UPDATE 3/5/07*** Greg from Customer support called me on 3/2/07 to make sure I had received my second order; Samsung DVD-R145 DVD recorder/player. Great system that plays all formats and writes to all the different discs I've used on it. This unit even plays .avi files that I backed up onto a DVD. Will recommend. Anyways, Greg made sure I was pleased with my product and in working order... who else does that these days? Businesses just wants to get the product out the door and just leave it at that but these guys take the extra step and make sure you are happy and willing to provide tech support if needed. "Due to the high price of the item I purchased, I was very leary about purchasing it online. I shopped around and decided to give OneCall a try based on the good comments it had received.
Once I ordered the product, I was sent emails showing the progress of the order until it was shipped, and at that point I received a tracking number via email as well.
My next concern was that it was shipped in the box that it came in, which could lead to possible theft along the way or even leave it open for damage. However, I was happy to see when the package arrived that it had been packed inside another unmarked box with plenty of packing materials around it. Additionally, they had put a sticker on it that instructed the carrier not to leave the package without a signature, deliver or reroute it to another address, and a few other things.
The package arrived when they stated it would in mint condition with all of the items that were stated in the listing.
I would easily buy from OneCall again, even if the item I am looking for is a few bucks more."

"I originally placed an order for the Samsung HL-S5687W thru TVAuthority. After being told over and over my order would ship, only to experience delay after delay, I finally decided to cancel my order.
I decided to go with onecall.com because I had heard very good things about them,and needless to say, I was not disappointed. I placed my order via phone with Lee on Wednesday Jan 24, and he was very helpful. Because TVAuthority had fraudulently charged my card before they shipped, all my funds were tied up and onecall couldn't process my order. Lee said he would keep checking my account and would ship as soon as the funds were available.
Finally, my card cleared and my set was shipped on the 29th. Lee gave me a call before hand to let me know things were all clear and that he was going to finish the order for me, but he couldnt guarantee the set would make it in time for the SuperBowl. I was resigned to my fate that I wasn't going to have the set in time to watch the biggest game of the year.
To my surprise however, onecall's shipping company, ABF managed to get the set from all the way to Chicago in four days and I was able to pick the set up from ABF's docking station 15 minutes from my house the Saturday before the Superbowl. Just in time for the big game!
The set was in perfect condition, and is absolutely gorgeous! I was a bit bummed that my Bears lost the game, but I was VERY pleased with onecall, ABF freight and especially my sales rep, Lee.
I plan to order a HD-DVD player soon, and I wont hesitate to order it through onecall.com!

"I was shopping for a Toshiba HD-XA2 DVD player and sent an email to OneCall.com to see if they would match the lowest price (in stock) that I had found from a competitor. A few hours later I received an email reply from Chadwick G. that in fact they would match the price. I called him and went over a few details and he assured me that they had the unit in stock. I purchased it on Saturday, January 20th and was told that it would ship on Monday, January 22nd with a delivery date of Thursday, January 25th (FedEx 3-day). Sure enough it was delivered on 01/25/2007. The unit was exceptionally easy to set-up and I haven't had any problems with it at all other than a remote control problem which is being replaced by Toshiba. A very special thanks to Chadwick for his help in making this pruchase one of the most honest and easy purchases that I have made in some time. "Wonderful shopping experience. I was a little concerned about shipping a large tv and the "no return policy" of all internet retailers, but One Call was different. They applied a sticker shock indicator and allow 72 hours after delivery if you encounter a problem. Absolutely unheard of - but, very nice. "Awesome, just awesome. After dealing with FotoConnection and PriceMad (horrible, horrible experience both) and cancelling my orders with them, I decided to spend the extra money and go with a more trustworthy seller.
I ordered a Panasonic 58" plasma TV from Onecall and asked them if they would match the price advertised by TVAuthority. They did! (I didn't want to go with TVA because of the horror stories on AVSforum.)
