"My order experience with OneCall has been fantastic thus far. I have ordered a digital camera in the past which came when promised in new condition, and I even received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the item. Just last month I decided to buy a 60" HDTV, and my service was even better. I had questions about the protection plan and a special shipping request, and their customer service representative, Lee, helped me on the phone for about 45 minutes answering my questions. OneCall accomodated my shipping needs and desire for a lower price. I found the tv I was looking for for about $200 less than any retail store, the warranty was $150 cheaper than the retail store (in addition to being 1 year longer, 5 vs. 4 years), I saved extra money using the holiday coupon ($175), and I got 10% off the stand with the TV. OneCall held my order for two weeks to ship so that I could get the pricing on the TV, and they even promised to price match during that entire time period if the price dropped. My TV arrived last week in pristine condition and only five minutes after the start of the 4 hour delivery window. I could not be happier with my decision to purchase from OneCall and will not hesitate in the future to use them for any of my purchases."
"Talk about an excellent shopping experience!!! I checked-out many vendors while shopping plasma TVs. Onecall's prices were a little higher than the lowest, but after reading user reviews for the lesser-priced vendors, the customer experiences (more like horror stories) scared me away. So I went ahead and proceeded to place my order for two plasmas, a DVD player, and surround speakers from OneCall.com. I was highly impressed with every aspect of the sale.

I, not the rep, asked for the next model and for a discount. They did reduce the price what looked to me to be a very good deal. "I have actually dealt with these people many times in the past but have just gotten around to submitting a review. Hopefully it will help you. They have consistantly been honest and upfront with all their dealings. If they don't have what you want they won't try and push you on to something you don't want. There are no surprizes, shipping is what it should be not a way to make them more money. Their prices are not always the best but they will work with you. Of course you have to realized that good customer service does cost them so I'm am willing to recognize that and give them their due. In the end you still will have gotten a good deal and you will feel good about it. Also their staff really knows what their talking about and you can develop a relationship with an individual so when you call you can speak to a person whom you have become familiar with and who is familiar with your needs. "I ordered a camera, memory card, and batteries with a charger. I got my email with the invoice. Everything is looking good so far. Well when I received the package all i got was the memory card and the batteries. It says the camera have been backorder canceled. Why would I want the accessories and no camera. Not to mention that this is supposed to be a Christmas gift. I did not receive an email or phone call stating that the camera was out of stock. They even had the nerve to charge me the same shipping cost without the camera. Well I'm going to have to squeeze time in to buy a camera from a store (if any in stock) and go to FEDEX to return the package. I will not be ordering from onecall in the future. "I just purchased a 46” Samsung 1080p LCD television from ONECALL.COM, and it was one of the smoothest and most pleasant online shopping experiences I have ever had!
I was very apprehensive about purchasing a large television online, especially since they are considered “Non-Returnable” because they require special freight delivery (from what I understand, this means that, unless the TV box arrives visibly damaged, once you accept delivery if you later find out that it doesn’t function properly you’ll have to deal directly with the manufacturer). I came very close to buying the same TV from one of the many local electronics stores here in NY, but after checking listings with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and reading reviews on www.resellerratings.com and www.bizrate.com, I decided that ONECALL.COM had enough positive reviews to deserve further consideration. I tried to contact ONECALL directly, to see if I would get to speak with a human or if I would be trapped in “phone recording purgatory”, as I have been with other online retailers in the past – not the case at all! I dialed the number listed on their website and within 2 push-button choices I reached “Matt”, who was very polite, and kind enough to thoroughly answer all my questions and address all my concerns, without pressuring me at all to place an order with them. Matt was so helpful and he put me so much at ease that, at the end of our half-an-hour phone conversation I placed my order with him. That was last Wednesday, before noon (NY time), and that same evening I received an email from ONECALL.COM stating that my order already had been shipped, and giving me explicit details on how to inspect the package before accepting delivery. It also included a tracking number and a link to the freight company’s website – I clicked on the link saw that my order had left ONECALL’s East Coast warehouse in West Virginia that afternoon, and was expected to be delivered to my house the following Monday. To my surprise, the very next day (Thursday) I received a phone call from the trucking company telling me that my order would be arriving in Long Island on Friday, and they wanted to know if someone would be home to accept delivery on the following business day (Monday). The freight company told me that delivery would be made between 9 AM and 5 PM. Although they could not give me the exact time of delivery they offered to call me 1 hour before the truck came, and they did (this was nice because we didn’t have to miss a whole day of work to stay home waiting for the delivery). It worked out great for us!
I am very happy with this purchase: the TV is stunning: it has a great image and all the features we were looking for. Best of all, by purchasing it from ONECALL we not only saved a bundle (over $500), but we also had it in our house only 3 business days after placing our order. Based on my overall experience with ONECALL.COM I would MOST DEFINITELY buy from them again! A+++

I ordered a Panasonic 37" plasma from a competitor site (jr.com) on Monday Nov 27th for what was at the time a competitive price. I did not receive any confirming phone calls or email. (I did order on the phone and not online). On Thursday the 30th I noticed that Onecall had the same TV for almost $200 less. I called JR to see if they would price match and they would not. I asked where my order was and it was still in processing (4 days after placing order). Needless to say I cancelled the order with JR and ordered with Onecall.
I immediately get a confirming email asking me to call to arrange shipping. I think "here comes the upsell." But oh no my friends - NO upsell. They really just wanted to arrange the shipping and let me know what to expect from them and the shipping company.
My TV shipped that day!! I was able to track the shipment across the country and on the 7th day (December 7th)I had my TV.
Due to a minor issue with the trucking company I was on the phone several times to Onecall. Everyone was extremely professional and very courteous. Thank you so much for making this a very easy process.

Place an order on Monday, 12/4 for a Nikon D80 camera (lowest price of any well rated vendor)and was helped by Todd. Todd suggested a filter to protect the lens- this was already on my "buy list" and I did order it; No pressure, No hype.
I received an email confirmation within 45 minutes of my order. About 3 hours later I received an email that the item was shipped via FREE FedEX 3 day service and the FedEx tracking number was provided- expected delivery was Thursday 12/7/06.
